sir have a doubt.. that in BITWISE NOT, in 2's complement.. adding 1...
you said that 0100

we get 0101... we understand this..
but if we want to add 0101
1

what we get..? bainary operator only 0's& 1's.. if we add to 0101..we get 0102 ? is this correct?
