A coworker was surprised by one clause in the contract that lifted the agreed price to almost 100K US$ hard earned dollars. They Call it "Constructions Costs Variances" Please Pass this message to the Developers.... Be Transparent people are shying away from projects because of the lack of it. Do not kill the goose that lays golden eggs. On top of that.. those prices are really, really high.
