A lot of times, misery loves company, and the same people who were on your side switch up when they feel like you are doing better then then. That's what happened here with Cench. He has managed it well though for the most part.
Jealousy and envy. It's sad really. They root for you on the way up, but once you make it some of those same people can't wait to try to tear you down. He seems to be staying grounded and focused. As long as he keeps doing that he'll be just fine.
