  • 📍 1071 N Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach, FL 33480
    This magnificent Palm Beach estate boasts 242 feet of direct ocean frontage and is designed in the French Normandy style. It features 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, and 10 powder rooms, including two separate full guest apartments. Spanning 35,000 square feet, the estate offers ample space for luxurious living.
    Among its many amenities are a library, theater, wine room, bowling alley, and exercise room. The formal Grand Salon is adorned with a detailed fireplace and columns, offering stunning direct ocean views. Outside, the manicured backyard includes a column-lined loggia, summer kitchen, and an infinity pool and spa leading to the beach.
    The former Estée Lauder mansion in Palm Beach, purchased by an LLC linked to William P. Lauder, is being torn down to presumably make way for a larger estate. Built in 2016 and spanning over 35,000 square feet, the opulent mansion boasted luxurious amenities like a home theater, library, wine room, and fitness center. The demolition, billed as the town's most expensive tear-down, has stirred controversy among residents, with some deeming it a waste and an eyesore. The property changed hands in 2019 before being acquired by Reiwa Holdings LLC, controlled by Lauder. Plans for the lot's future have yet to be submitted to the town, leaving its fate uncertain. Additionally, Lauder owns a vacant parcel of land adjacent to the property through a different LLC.

    Such a beautiful home. I heard that there was a water leak in the home that no one could figure out where the leak was coming from. Then I heard that someone secretly put a water pipe in the home during construction that was connected separately to an irrigation line. When it rained someone was turning the valve on to make it look like water was leaking from the roof.

The Illuminati make up stories and news articles about who owns or purchases them. It’s possible they said that someone well known and hated was the owner of this home. They like to watch and see what people are capable of doing. Now, all the people involved in the destruction of this home are going to have an unfortunate turn of events in their life that causes them to lose all their money to cover the cost of what was lost here. Many times the people deserve to lose their money because they tried to setup or hurt someone because of financial reasons. It’s more like a game and entertainment to see whose good enough to make them lose all their money without them suspecting any outside forces doing the destruction. Most of the people believe they made the mistakes that cost them their fortune all on their own, which in a way is very true.

    I am not familiar with Florida law specifically but in most municipalities, you cannot simply tear down a taxable property and leave an empty lot. No demolition can proceed without a permit and the permit will have to include the purpose and future use of the property. So, perhaps someone got a permit to tear this down to build something that would benefit the community with increased taxes and then went broke? It won't be vacant land for long. There is too much potential for tax revenue.

    • @Legendary_Productions
      @Legendary_Productions  24 дня назад

      Yes, I'm sure they obtained a permit. The purpose isn't really known but I can tell you it's the CEO of Este Lauder and he is not broke. Far from it. I assume he will somehow make money from this but I also don't see how.
