Love trealeaf trellis too. Just wish they added a clear water sealant at least an inch above their coated legs to protect just above soil-line. Hope you get sponsorship!
Wow! That peace lily variegation was beautiful!!! I’m so surprised how well the Burle Marx variegated has held its price point for the last two or so years!
22:54 is Philodendron orange marmalade. I got mine from calloways and I love it! Proven winners has to rename everything so they call it "Orange you Gorgeous". The new leaves come out a vibrant orange with splashes/speckles and fade to light orange-yellow with green splashes/speckles
I noticed when I was editing it that’s what they had named it lol. I wish they would still put the regular plant name on the tag too especially for people new to houseplants.
Love the plants at Calloways especially if you need a big plant. And sometimes, I prefer to just get big for the right spot :)) Thank you for the tour.
The red spots on the fiddleleaf figs may just be edema, caused by inconsistent watering. That's the most common cause. I did this to mine over the winter and the new leaves look like the ones at Calloway. The spots don't disappear with proper watering, but the new leaves should look normal.
Love your channel ❤ I think those chain of hearts are the variety Silver Glory ….. they are gorgeous 💕 I have been trying for ages to track them down here in Australia but no luck yet 😢
So wish I would have e been with you on that tour! A few of them would have come home with me!! Those turtles at the end were gorgeous, just for starters! My question to you…Did you come home with anything????? If not, how do you resist?
It drives me absolutely nuts when plants aren’t properly labeled. I won’t buy one unless I know 100% for sure what it is. I like Calloways, but agree the prices can be out of touch with the market, especially with some of the rare plants hitting the market now.
So I see on their site where you’re seeing this, and I don’t have any clue when they changed it because it did not used to say that, but it’s in contradiction to other places on their site. I’m on the international plant name index part of their site right now and they have Thaumatophyllum listed as the accepted species and they have a link supporting it to the WFO site where it says Thaumatophyllum is the accepted species as of 2018, which to my knowledge is still the correct thing. wfoplantlist.org/taxon/wfo-4000038096-2023-12?page=1&hide_syns=true
I love Calloways too💚💚💜

No and I don’t have a lot of room right now for new plants so that’s the biggest reason why

According toto Kew, Thaumatophyllum has been deemed synonymous with Philodendron, and all the old Philodendron names are technically correct again!
