@@TravelwithTrey I agree with Mongo, Bear Chase is fantastic. I don't work there and I'm not related to anyone that works there. Definitely worth the visit. I'll add that you're spot on about Monk's, I drive out there about once a month.

But as someone who does a lot of farm breweries (IMO, Bear Chase falls in this category) versus the designer beers at a place like Aslin or Adroit Theory, I find Bear Chase to be heavy on atmosphere, unremarkable on beers. I also like the heavy milk lactose-infused IPAs, so it's certainly a preference.
