You probably have no idea how strong and powerful this song is and the impact it can have on someone's life. This last year has caused so much damaged in our already fragile mental health. This song makes me hopeful. Thank you.
I think many people including the band have an idea so there's no need to judge and it wasn't solely intended to be about mental health it just clicked

Thank you for this song. I'm just finishing therapy for depression and for me this song will always be connected to leaving this dark place I was in. Also thank you for raising awareness on mental health. People should not be afraid to talk about their issues and to seek help. There is no shame in doing so.

I’m not in a band or anything but I do try to write music and I’m the same way, always trying to avoid the “common” and it’s so difficult it can drive you mad. Love this band, and how hard they work. I’m also loving all this content they’ve been putting out. Proud member of the sleeps society here. I can’t wait for this album guys. I can already tell this will be one of those albums I’ll listen to for the rest of my life.
Edit: This song specifically has had such a massive impact on me. As someone with pretty severe anxiety, to the point where I’ve become a hermit over the years, this song helps so much as something that matches how I feel. This song and Gone With The Wind by Architects are the two I can always count on when things in my brain get out of control.

This song just resonates with me so hard. I've struggled with mental illnesses for as long as I can remember, and I also struggled to tell people around me what I feel. I'm nervous of telling people what makes me nervous lol

Absolutely loved this! The feelings that Nervous invokes is immeasurable, I've honestly thought a lot about not only myself but friends and family too with all the struggles we face and how to talk about them and help each other out. Thank you all for such an inspiring documentary and song!
Seeing what happened to so many of our music heroes, it's amazing to see musicians actually concerned about mental health and bringing awareness to it. It takes guts to admit that you struggle with mental health, so congrats on speaking up about it and setting an example that if we're not feeling good, we should seek help. Thank you so much for this song, it's amazing.
