We must never forget that saving our democracy is of most importance. While he can’t talk about the insurrection without bringing up election denial.

As Frum kept talking, it kept sounding like he was just trying to describe Tim Scott. I started to think maybe Vivek Ramaswamy might qualify also until we got to that "hang the noose around his own neck" part and it was just so glaringly Tim Scott.

Although I agree with the principle behind David Frum's reasoning for not debating, I also agree with you. It's a 'damned if you do, damned if you don't' situation. The moderator having the ability to turn off donnie's mike will be a very welcome addition and I think that will be the reason he uses to not turn up. If (I'd love to say when!) he's found to be guilty, that should obliterate the need for any debates.
