As a runner you NEED more calories to keep muscle mass and lean tissue than an average person. Listen to your body and feed it good carbohydrates, protein, and fats. I had an eating disorder too and you’re only depriving your body of nutrients if you don’t eat; nutrition is a big part of your performance. Hope you’re doing better :)
My routine is wake up, roll out of bed, brush teeth, get my water and energy beans, put gear on and out the door, the first mile is my warm up...don't have time during the week to drive somewhere and warm up....weekends yes, but weekdays its impossible.....
Thats absolutely not true, world is full of people with family who still take care kf themselves, you can say everything you want but you have 20 minute in a day to exercise , rest is only excuses
