- On thanksgiving day we went on board the 3hr afternoon Island Queen Cruise out of Parry Sound, the last cruise of the year, to explore Georgian Bay's 30,000 Islands. These islands are the largest concentration of freshwater islands in the world. Get more info at islandqueencru...
This three-hour sightseeing cruise gave us an unforgettable experience and breathtaking views of Georgian Bay’s remote wilderness, fall foliage, and the charm of its grand summer cottages. This cruise covered some great landmarks such as Rose Point Swing Bridge, Bear's head (tip of Parry Island) Hole in the wall, Mowat Island, Killbear Provincial Park, and many more. We could not put the camera down the whole time we were on board the cruise. This is definitely a cruise to remember.
The drive to and from was also quite scenic with changing fall colors. We will definitely pay another visit during the summer months.

It really is! You should definitely go.
Really like your vedio I enjoyed
Thank you so much 😊
Very familiar with that immediate area - one correction: your identification of the beautiful glass and stone structure on the point of one of the islands as "another restaurant" is incorrect; as large and beautiful as it is, it is totally a private cottage/cabin. The first much older looking pale blue structure on the way out there is indeed a restaurant; but not the large stone/glass structure further on out. We briefly saw some of our islands in the last few seconds of the video before it cut off to Kilbear and beyond.
Thank you for sharing the info. I probably mis-heard the commentary by the ships captain/crew. It looked too good to be a restaurant TBH.
We hope to go back there again in 2022 when the weather is warmer and hopefully COVID scare has passed. This time will take the 1hr cruise to enjoy the private cottages/cabins. Such a wonderful place to visit.
Noce
Thank you.
