I throughly enjoyed watching all the aspects of your bagel 🥯 business. It was so nice to see a bakery that's so clean in all the areas of mixing, baking and the front where they sell the bagels 🥯 to their customers. I haven't seen a business where they had such a large assortment of flavors and then had such a wide selection of cream cheese flavors, usually here in the United States of America they only offer you the basic plain cream cheese. Kuddos to you and your other employees and I wish for all of you good health and happiness and prosperity in the future.

Yes because when they put it in the oven it's not going to dry out and for the sugar i'm not sure but i think it's to put a hent of sweetness to the flavor 😊
