Sir uttarakhand also one time. During 2015-16 . I remember I was in schooling days, but saw entire mechanism in media and newspaper. Although, I was far behind knowledge of such wide stories pertaining to it's real root,but our school st. Joseph's college Nainital became an open door of bringing senior advocates kapil saibbal ji,Abhi nesh manu singh vi and many more patrogonist involved in such hectic dispute of state.

Sir keshvanand bharati case 1973 me judicial review ko basic structure of constitution bola tha to iss base me 38th amendment 1975 ko (iss provision jisme president ke decision ko challenge nahi kar sakte court me) ko null and void kyu nahi kiya
