    If the payment plans are so fexible then why would anyone purchase my Property When i flip, thé purchaser will purchase à primary Property from Builder where the Property priced are flexible ....

    Wt if property doest not get sold before possession?
    We hv to pay the rest amount as well.
    Good amount of rent money goes into maintenance charges as well.
    U did not talked about 4% govt charges that one has to bear which will afftect the price appreciation.
