Thank you very much for this highly informative video. One question: I'm doing lots of educational Webex sessions where the content is mostly the same. I would like to record a session and simply playback the recording at the next session. I would love to show the audience my recorded webcam video of myself, as well as the screen-recordings of the platform I'm teaching the audience. Once there are questions, I would like to pause the video/playback, answer the question and continue the video recording right after.
Is that possible?

Yes. That should be possible. You could download the video file to an mp4 file and play it locally on your computer as an option to streaming it from the cloud.
