We had one event where you had to load a wheel barrow fron 16 feet away . We had a firewood toss where you tried to see how many splits you could land in a ring. The ring was set farvenough away to make the event entertaining. We hadbone event where you cut down through a beach log then up through then bored your tip through the log, all within set marks. Then you had to cut down through a trough of beach sand madebout of beach planks. You were given a place to sharpen your saw, then you again had to make the three cuts through the beach log.
We had poles set by the phone company. In the completion each contestant was given a short grade stake and a string of setblength. They placed their stake out the length of the string from the base of their pole. They fell their pole and tried to drive in their gradecstake.
