All Balakumar plot was fictional , No person like kaikala existed and tenali Rama son Bhaskar was never disguised as Rama and looked after vijaynagar and in this show Rama went to tenali when Krishna Deva Raya was alive but in actual he went to renal after death of Krishna Deva Raya but ya Princess Amrapali and Rama son Bhaskar loved each other in real life according to history sources and they were married also .
