    So I finally got it to download and activate but the info_uf2 revision is not updated. very frustrated with this board any options you can think of trying, I am out of options.

      This isn't just a quick fix. I'd have to see screenshots of what you're doing and see if you're typing in the commands properly. If you'd like to email me with some screenshots and photos of your board I can try and help

      @@CarlosMontalvo251 So I did see it communicate with the board and indicated it did update but the revision wasn't updated. So I went back to IDE but on a newer laptop and did the update on that but still the same revision showing. I then updated the file dropping the adafruit UF2 file and it then updated the revision and got it working. now I am trying to update a playground express and I just would take the update. My older laptop had a time out when using the IDE to update the bootloader.

      @@LawrenceHartman-w4e If I remember correctly the directions for the bluefruit and the express are different. Check out the troubleshooting chapter in this book for more help - github.com/cmontalvo251/LaTeX/blob/master/PBL_CircuitPython_Instrumentation/main.pdf
