I was told that when I submit my last assignment, I cannot work because technically I don't have my work permit. IRCC has not specified that it needs to be most recent specific document, I assumed it as any document type i.e study,work etc so I have filled in the study permit doc number (which was never extended) but I did have co-op permit issued the following year which I have only mentioned in the details in the box 2c below in the form. Do you think this would cause any issue? .They obviously have all the info for each applicant in their system.

Hi piyush, I have this query that I have got my study permit in 2022 then I had apply to co-op work permit after coming to canada which I receive in 2023. But I did not do co-op. So, in recent document whether I should put study permit as my document number or co-op work permit? It is not extended one but applied later.
Point no 4 on the Coming to Canada section, as you mentioned if you have co-op or you extend study permit then only it is required to put the study permit number which is available on top right of permit. In, my case I only did one course and I already applied for PGWP. and I haven't mentioned it. Is it mandatory or not? I am tensed.
