- Fighting in the forest is really brutal in Hell Let Loose, the enemy is hiding behind every tree, bush or wall! Hurtgen Forest must have been hell back then!

Man I give you credit for playing with no HUD especially on this map. I usually turn the HUD off in most games I play but because the uniforms are so close to real life in this game, both armies looks very dark, grey or green in most circumstances. I don’t know how you do it.
Yeah, sometimes very difficult to spot one but i dont like all these annoying symboles in hll so i prefer to play without hud ;)

@@umnika After you've played it for a while you just adapt to being able to see slightest movements in the distance. Starting out I barely ever got kills but now I can get up to around 50 a match.
@@umnika After enough time in this game, you can see a pixel scratching his arse 400m away.
@@jebbroham1776 for me it's not about seeing the movements and out of place shapes in the scenery, it's telling the difference between team mates and enemies without the blue dots on top of their heads. I'd love to play that way but I'm sure I'd kill at least 10 teammates each game

I just bought this game. I haven't played it yet but I'm excited to get started this was cool.
You will have fun ;)
You will die a lot and get frustrated with how hopeless you are at the game. But the people you meet in game will cheer you up, give you pointers and that will be fun.
Its amazing. But first experience can be bad lol... when you.will have to lay down and avoid machinegunner and die constantly from artilery...good luck
Please wear a Mic & talk when you play also, people get pissed off when you don’t have a Mic
Stick with ur squad, and just chill, don’t always have to move, just look around for movement see if it’s safe then move, takes a lot of time to get used to
Your accuracy + reflex with the M1 is something to aspire to.

I met a Tank commander named Tiger tank, and I must say, He's a genuine tank Ace/Genius, he also Omni clairvoyant as We wiped out entire enemy tank force at start of our match and then he proceeded to predict what tank they were gonna bring out and then also got behind it, his only mistake was not thinking a second would follow them out of the spawn cause we were shortly killed after turning to follow the panther out from it's spawn by a p4.
Also met one player named Tiger Woods, he had a second account that he joined an enemy team with, so he could watch the map and flank all tanks + destroy all garrisons
@@ultimate186 ok that's scummy, I only do that when the commander lies to me about giving me a light tank so I switch teams and screw them over at the end of the match in a tank, and they would have taken it if it weren't for me in the tank, so give people tanks and don't lie about it, and they won't join the enemy team and tell you where your garrisons are and then proceed to shit on you all over a light tank.

i used to be ww2 soldier, and man it sucked bleeding to death for 30 minutes while my organs were twisted, turned, mutilated and my lunch leaking out from my sides.

Just bought the game earlier this week, and I find it’s more fun to watch than to play, constantly dying and having to wait almost a minute to spawn in every single time is so tiring, but it’s still a fun game when you can live longer than 2 minutes 😭
Skill issue
I hope you haven't given up on the game bro, you just need some time to learn the maps and once you get the hang of the weapons it becomes really fun, working together with squadmates in this game is the most fun I've had in any multiplayer game ever

I have fallen out of love playing this game, I play on console the servers suck and no-one communicates. I can watch videos like yours for hours though.
Invest in a PC and you'll have a blast. Full communities, international competitions, dozens of teams.

I wish the zoom in on the sight was real ingame. How you guys can spot people without it stuns me. I do have really bad eyes and have glasses but i still am stunnend
No HUD is crazy... uniforms are so similar in the heat of the moment
Yes, if you only play without hud, you get used to it, you will eventually recognize enemies by their movements or the shape of their helmets, but with smoke and at a distance, it is of course sometimes very difficult to recognize an enemy ;)

I am not using any filters. The colours are looking a bit different in offensive mode ;)

This game is so close. It’s already something very special, but there just remains some things that make it feel less polished.. mostly in the department of movement and animation rigidity when turning, head free look would be awesome, and some updated character models. I just hate the starter US soldier face.. I mean they did a really good job making the kid look like.. a kid, but so many people look the same.

thats why Post Scriptum beats it in this category. I wish both teams HLL + PS had come together, however they were made on two different engines so wouldnt have been possible.
@@jungleboy1 HLL and PS are both made on Unreal Engine, right? I don't the general feel of each game is different because of the engines. Just different development teams. PS is based off of the Squad source code.
@@CrzBonKerz21 my bad, somehow thought HLL was on cryengine. Seems its unreal engine too... Yes PS is off squad, uses a lot of mechanics from that. Pros and cons for both games/gameplay styles.

It took me three months but I'm starting to get used to it and get 2-3 kills every spawn. Just gotta move like a snake and strike while communicating with teammates.

The extra zoom was added afterwards with a software ingame i have the same view like everyone else ;)
Love your content but there will always be something about HLL that I don't like... Sadly Post Scriptum has been losing pretty much all of it's members as 3 or 4 servers are now full and that's it.. Which we could make PS live up again!

And the problem with ww1 and ww2 games is they dont show the phsycplogical effects of war im a retired fireman and im a lieutenant in urban search and rescue with 19 years of service and with these firefighting games and shit coming out like emergent nyc and other firefighting games they show the fun aspect of firefighting but they dont show the phsycological stress and horrors we go through
And ill tell yalk what the reak world has consequences my 12 men under my command 5 are marines and 5 are soldiers all with combat under their belts and they tell me im the best commanding officer they have ever followed thsts because i lead by example i give an order then i yell "FOLLOW ME" and im the first one in and the lsst one out
