I actually like how most of the part 2 units fit better on different teams: the Gammas on androids, Piccolo on Regen and Gohan on Movies/Hybrids. It allows for more team diversity instead of everyone just being crammed on movies
Red Gohan doesn't really fit on any team since he competes with Pan who is simply a better unit than him.

I wouldn't say it's clear that Pan is better. They are different creatures. Pan being more of a defensive assist while Gohan is more of an offensive assist.
@@avengingme RR is a funny team, but it's more of a fun team than a meta team. Nothing wrong with that, of course. Play what you like before the meta.
Pan is better because of her support and disruption are unmatched. Gohan hits harder and him giving loads of Blues is nice, but Gohan's damage doesn't make up for his support being weaker and only a few units really want to be spamming Blues like G/F, Rose, and Gohan Beast to an extent. Also remember, Gohan is currently boosted.

I’ve been running regen with zamasu over cell and it’s been a blast. The survivability is nuts and piccolo is definitely underrated. I do still think he should have been better but he’s still better than people say
Okay, after watching your God Rank, I have to say this is one of the most boring ones. It was basically Kid Buu Green Card to victory with Cell and Piccolo doing clean up work. But this confirmed some things for me.
Piccolo is indeed a third wheel on his teams (well, second wheel in this setup since Cell performed worst overall) and this isn't what happened to other Revival units. I went back and looked at older gameplay with Revival Frieza at his peak along with Revival UI so I could properly compared them to Piccolo. While neither Frieza or Goku were the best on their teams outside of UI when he revived on certain builds, neither felt like a third wheel. Frieza supported and healed like Piccolo except he did it on switch instead of Main (btw, Frieza came out in 2022 not 2021), had some disruption, destroyed Dragon Balls off his Main post-revival, and he did decent damage especially post-revival. Frieza's biggest issue was that he wasn't exceptional in anything, a true jack-of-all-trades/master-of-none unit. And we all know UI's strengths and weaknesses at this point. He can't really carry a team so you don't want to make him the centerpiece, but he has no real low-points either even after his timed buffs runs out in UI and can tear apart an entire team post-revival. Piccolo pre-revival is mid and his post-revival while very good-to-great have too many buffs locked behind your opponent's actions without the defense to fully take advantage of it. He needs a strong unit like Kid Buu to cover-up these weaknesses because he can't really stand on his own pre or post-revival. Granted, this same argument applies to Revival Frieza, but he's also a year old 1% unit released at the beginning of year.
On Cell, I have to say this video showed he isn't quite as good as I though. Don't get me wrong, he's very good and one of the best 1% units in the game, but he isn't quite strong enough to compete in the meta and I can see why people don't used him despite all the Yellows. Outside of being a wall against Yellow units and that one time 80% heal, he came off as pretty lackluster. Although, it could be just the effect of Kid Buu sucking the air out of the room since he outshines his entire team. It isn't like G/F outside of their juiced up setup where they're the best and the rest of team is riding shotgun.

I think the main reason people use revival Frieza is so that you can get extra Zenkai buffs and Chilld's Z ability on G&F. He's just the most useful BLU/PUR LOE character.
I have to disagree slightly on Piccolo being a modern take on Revival Gohan. While their pre-revival stats are similar with Piccolo having a more modern kit like build-in cds, higher DR, more starting damage, and getting ki on entry, he's also worst in several aspects. His damage support is only for certain tags unlike Gohan, he has less sub count manipulation since his Green does 3 sub count down that can't be stack while Gohan's was unlimited and could shorten the sub count of his allies on his Blue, and he healed the team more off his Main. Also, while Piccolo does have cds, it only last for 60 counts and he can't take full advantage of it because he has no cover null. And at his peak, pre-revival Gohan was one of his teams best damage dealers while this Piccolo isn't. Gohan also gets the -15 on Special move off his Main pre-revival while Piccolo needs to have his Gauge filled post-revival to get it. Which isn't something you can control unless you purposely eat a combo.
Post-revival, they're very different outside of them both having very damaging Blue cards. Gohan is like Revival UI where he becomes a murder machine who could rapidly stack his damage. Piccolo post-revival tried to be a hybrid damage dealer and disruption unit. The problem is that Piccolo doesn't quite have the survivability to make the best used of his disruption. After someone on Reddit mentioned it, I have to agree that Piccolo's nuking cds and lowering arts' power isn't the best simply because he still gets hit hard and I wished it worked like 17's when he weakened Ultimates and Special's power even on standby.

@@bruv.2214 Gohan has an extra 202k health base, so I think that makes them pretty close. Plus Gohan has an extra 18k strike attack and 9k to both defenses
24:05 you should have not rushed because kid buu removes buff effects on the rush so you did the right play hust doing yhe blue

The reason why i use rev frieza with Jiren and gofree is:
1: safetynet against a rush from gofree (frieza side)
2: support to the gofree
3: reducing sub count with his main (pre revival)
4: the first character to sack off when post revive
5: getting a extra zenkai buff thanks to blue cooler
i know nobody cares but i used to play this game and had so much fun i got LL mui goku on the first week of its release and got so much other stuff but then i was not allowed to play anymore and jus lost the account.now this brings back memories

@@SoapyBowl My thing is, even if you don’t value Piccolo’s performance individually, he’s generating green cards like mad which in turn help both Kid Buu and Cell tremendously, so I wouldn’t say his spot is easily replaceable like you make it seem, Kid Buu is the front runner, Cell is clean up crew, and Piccolo works perfectly in his role as a supporter, green card generator, and ace against RR, they’re a well oiled machine together

@@seunabe4612 Kid Buu was already top 2 without Piccolo. Regen needed a unit like him, but just WAY better. He's done nothing to Kid Buu's placement in the meta.
In the EU queue I actually see quite a lot of gammas, which is pretty annoying because I use mono purple as my main team but yeah I'd say they are in like 3/10 matches for me which is quite a lot considering they are ran on androids mainly, which was not a team I'd see very often at all before they came out
I've seen a lot of people using loe team with pan in the leader slot. So i tried something similar with son family. Nerdhan in leader slot, gofrieza and ui goku. With this team gofrieza and ui can get triple zenkai and gohan can replace both pan and 1st form frieza, as a support and blue card provider.
What do you guys think?
Yeah that's a really solid option. Nerdhan can do really good DMG with his blue, the heal and support also are nice. Sure the DMG buffs will be less compared to Pan but he can actually hit stuff and do dmg.
Piccolo heavily needs a support unit, like Pan. I'm trying to gaslight myself because Orange is cool, but goddamn is he mid 🫠
I’m praying we get a cmz zenkai cos he’d instantly be core on regen future god ki fw but regen finna be hella toxic with piccolo and zamasu spawning greens with their blues and cmz + kid buu having aoe greens

another correction @ 26:10, since your opponent already used their 1st rush already and proc'd Kid Buu passive, that 2nd rush would've killed Kid Buu. (notice the icon endurance nullfication is still present before it expires after 3 T.C. below his HP)

No matter what ultra we get. I guarantee that Goku/frieza will still be number one from being overturned. The only way is if the ultra has the easy mechanics of ui goku’s and a rising rush counter like goku/frieza.

At 24:05, you said that not rushing Kid buu was a mistake because Cell activates his endurance nullification upon using his main, but we have to remember that kid buu has the same mecanic as blue lf 17: he nullifies your active buffs. So tehnicaly if you would have rushed, you wouldnt have poped his endurance. The only character that i know that have endurance nullification in their kit and cant be taken away by the clearence effect are lf goku black
if this team were to get an ultra zamasu that was red or blue regen would actually be scary
Do you guys think that the gammas dont show up much because more people summoned for Piccolo and Gohan? I personally summoned on the piccolo banner first because i wanted Gohan a lot as well. Magenta is cool but I wasn't as interested.

If you guys want to zenkai buff the cell, tou can use the red 21 for the half zenkai plus a full z ability for the team just as a FYI.

Damn straight and not just cause his peers I’ve is squishy but it’s just cause he was mid. He was 14* and couldn’t kill the frieza side of gofrieza with a full combo and a blue with gauge popped so he’s bad. His only use is the revive.

I've been trying to use this team ever since Orange Piccolo came out. I must say it works until you start running into people with high stars. Cell is good but he needs high stars in order to put in even more work at the top level since whenever I run cell it feels like he just dies instantly.
Can somebody explain the mid range strike to me like my opponents do it then I go instantly but they can vanish?is there a timing or something?

The gammas not having really any good zenkai buffs hurt their teams comps and i see Hit often in the NA servers. like 6/10 matches. Today i had Hit 5 games in a row while trying to use gammas
Today rank god is hard, people lag switching and we lose games beacause the game dont give use the cart we need for win and beacause the enimi is lucky
You can't rely on just gofrieza. That is what has happened here most teams that only has gofrieza as the damage dealer once they lose them they forfeit like shown Herr multiple times. Like 5 times maybe more

No goresh this is NOT the most unrising rushable team THAT team would be and idk if you played with this team but it's ultra Vegito, extreme purple vados, and LF tag Goku and Frieza with the strategy being ultra Vegito and extreme vados both giving 5timer counts to no rising rush that 10 timer counts if played correctly and IF they do rush just switch in Goku/Frieza to cancel it

Revival Gohan has far superior stats upon revival, piccolos stats need to be increased a bit

That player with transforming jiren don't know why wasn't he forfeit. He lost both gofrieza and the other unit piccolo still not transforming and you had 3 units there was no way he was going to win. And at the end he got lf.
It’s really hard getting God rank for me, use to hit the top 1000 back then. Only hard cause the battle system is not my cup of tea, frametrap and super late responsive attack. Anyone else suffer the same as me

I think its "pretty easy" to play when u have the best characters in the game at 14 or at least have them, its pretty damn hard for me to play pvp since i dont have gofrieza, the gammas, orange piccolo or even kid buu so whats the point of playing and sweating if the game doesnt reward u with at least a copy.
I now have 3000 cc for the new ultra hoping that i will find him of course but if not then idk what to do.
