    This is exactly what happened to our oven. I was ready to buy a new panel for almost $300. I used some CRC electric component cleaner spray and compressed air then a hair dryer to get it dried out. Before installing, I used some clear silicone caulking to seal around the screen where it touches the steel cover to keep water out. Thank you for posting this.

    THANK YOU! This worked for me as well. It was not water in my case but rather grease. I alternated between hot and cold with the hair dryer to work it out of the glass plate.

    love the video!! l am trying to replace the stainless steel piece that has the control panel connected below it and the burner knobs above it? Mine are badly scratched. Thank you in advance.
    p.s. I believe you called it the front besel.

    What does F7 means when it start beeping
