    Great video, keep up the great work I'll continue to watch! If I have one suggestion it would be to work on your audio levels. The music and a lot of the clips were very loud compared to your voice over so I had to keep adjusting throughout the video. Nonetheless, nice work and video.

    how much water did you consume 500ml with the 500mg sodium?

      Had about 14 ounces with it, then about half a water bottle in between laps! Hope this helps!

    I'm not sure, that you choose the right tactic. As far as I know, you will need 60+ yards to be part of the US team. So it seems to be more sensible to push your competitors rather than to break them.
