my easy 10' salmon pasta:
one pack of smoked salmon
pasta of choice
spoon of butter
cooking cream
tomato paste
black pepper
shallot chopped (optional)
chopped parsley (optional)
prep
preheat a non stick pan, add a scoop of butter, add shallots (optional), cook till tender, add diced salmon, black pepper and tomato paste, cook for 1-2 minutes, add in the cooking cream, stir and finish off with adding some chopped parsley. Mix in the pasta & enjoy!
