One year, I did 'At-home spa day', you can pick up masks, lotions, cap sticks, bathbombs, nail polish... really anything. And you can customize it to the person.
I try to follow a something useful and something to eat, sometimes something funny too for gifts for coworkers. This year it started with a set of 4 hand creams and some foaming hand soap from B&BW. Then I found micro plush soft makeup cloths, a small scented candle and a really cute hot cocoa mug. Added a couple of wrapped candies and voila! For the guys I did the candies, found some cookies, useful small tool and found my GM a nice basic looking planner that also had hourly areas to keep track of meetings.

Co worker ideas - I have done phone cord holders/organizer wraps, note pads, cute pens, lottery tix, that slime car cleaner thing ppl on tik tok was doing for cleaning dust, Jerky, chocolate, small Yankee candles from costcos, electric candle lighters, baked goods.
Hey girl heyyy! I'm sure its too late this year but something to keep in mind next year is small shops like Etsy etc I see the fun badge reels all the time and ornaments etc those would be super cute add some candy and done lol
