I just watched a Facebook video saying that there was a recent study that shows that 12 minutes of focused prayer for 8 weeks literally changes the pathology of the brain counteracting anxiety and fear. Yet another outstanding reason to pray the rosary. Since watching your videos I’ve been praying one rosary, but I want to get to a point where I can pray all mysteries. You’re so inspiring! I need these videos! Just a little testimony: I prayed the rosary when my son was in active addiction living on the streets. He was angry and impulsive and I had a baby at home and it was dangerous for him to come home unless he was clean. Out of nowhere a lady came to him and got him a year free housing. It was a miracle at the time. Fast forward a year later he got evicted and was on the streets again because he wasn’t working and in active addiction on meth. I prayed the rosary and long story short, he now has over a year clean, he’s been baptized and is helping others in recovery and doing AMAZING! The rosary works!

About a year after the loss of my oldest son, I found myself feeling fear. I feared of going through this pain all over again with my other children. One day I felt in my heart to pray the rosary because difficult times were coming. Indeed, my grief hit harder after that, but I did as I was told- I pray the rosary. my anxiety has reduced significantly. I would say I’m still healing.

My husband passed away on November 9, 2024 and I said the rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet for him and 2 days before his death I placed a blest brown scapular around his kneck. When he passed I heard the words from Mary “thank you for giving Me My son”. Blessed be God forever ❤️🙏
I used to get lulled to sleep when I used to recite the rosary early in the morning and I used to struggle so much to go through the whole rosary until one day I must have dosed off until out of nowhere I heard a lady call my name. At that time I was all alone just me in the room but someone called my name and I startled and woke up realising I was meant to be reciting the rosary. I felt in my heart that it was our loving mother Mary who came to my aid to keep me going. From then on I never slumbered mid way. And best of all my prayer intentions were answered. For some unknown reason I wanted fo quit the Novena to St. Jude Thaddeus I started in the 6th day because i wasn't seeing results, the very result i wanted! I wondered why must i put in this Rosary tonight when i felt so left out by God. Well i did the Rosary because i wanted to stay committed to my word by showing up! Two days later my mother got into a horrible accident that claimed lives! The bus fell on her, she was beneath it struggling, but suddenly she felt two Angels pull up this bus from beneath her. Now this is not to say my Rosary prayers saved her, but I choose to believe that that Rosary prayer I put in that day made a world of difference. If Our Mother has promised us protection, she will protect us. Thank you Jesus for saving my mother. Thank you Our Lady for your special protection 🙏🏾
I have been praying the Rosary every day since Sept 25th (I heard Gabi on a pints w Aquinas with Matt Frad) and it really spoke to me! I have been praying 150 at a time. Then I heard you say pray all 4 (includes the Luminous) I thought "OK im doing the 3, Im going for 4". and I have been doing that daily. On Saturday 9/28 I went to confession and to the Saturday pm Mass (I came “Home") Thank you! I had left the Catholic church but I Never left Jesus. And He never left me. I had been ‘taught’ that the rosary and Mary was “idol worship” (from Protestant) I repented and ask her forgiveness. I love the Rosary. Now I am hearing you say you divide the Mysteries into 3 diff times of prayer. LOL I have gotten comfortable praying it all. Today I almost stopped after Joyful and Luminous, but felt to ‘keep praying’ so I did. Sorry if TMI but I want to thank you! Your love is infectious- and I am glad I ‘caught” it
A few months ago, if people asked me if I'm a devoted Catholic, I would've said no. Because I know I sinned a lot and I do not feel worthy of the love from the Lord. I did not go to the mass very often and always had excuses. Then came the month of October, the month of the holy rosary. I started a few days late, as I was reluctant to pray and felt like doing something else instead of praying. But I did pray nevertheless, then as the days went by, I would feel empty not reaching for the rosary before I end my day. And a week passed, I went to the mass on a Sunday and straight away went to the confession booth. The urge to confess was so strong I did not hesitate to stop. I was filled with so much remorse, choked on my words but the father said it's okay. Mother Mary is bringing me back to the church and I felt immense love and happiness afterwards. Never felt that kind of peacefulness in my life before. From then on, I stopped watching things that consumed my time and focus on my time with the bible and the rosary prayers when I have time. I will focus on perfecting my prayers and read the bible more often, and start praying for those who needs to be saved as well. Heck, I'll pray for anyone regardless of the reason. So just pray, open your heart. Mother Mary will be very happy to know that you remember her, and keep praying even if the world seems unfair and so on, because the devil wants you to feel that you have no one else to rely on. "Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God - Phillipians 4:6"

I'm going through a really stressful time in my life. Ten days ago, I woke up with the words in my head: 'The angel of the Lord declared unto Mary, and she conceived by the Holy Spirit.' These words kept coming to me out of nowhere several times a day. Yesterday, after ten years, I picked up the rosary and prayed the joyful rosary. After that, the words stopped repeating in my head, and a few hours later, I felt a huge strength and a solution to my problem.
Yes! About a week ago, I was so frustrated by things going on at work that I couldn't relax on a Friday going into the weekend. I prayed and soon after, I got the idea to write down my problems and I was able to calm my agitation.
Yes It's true the power of the Rosary is very powerful. Whenever I stopped praying with rosary I've got sick and 1 of my family members got sick and sometimes hospitalized but whenever I pray again with the rosary I've got better and my sick family members feels better and release in the hospital the ff day. I just finished a 30 day Novena with the Luminous mysteries for priests, an increase in vocations to the priesthood and all religious vocations and my nephew will become a priest. I also tell people who have trouble praying the Rosary to ask the Blessed Mother for help. She will help you because she has asked us to pray it! No strings attached, only graces.🙏🙏

Praise be to God! In 2018 I was working in an 30 day addictions rehab center. I had started a novena to the Blessed Mother and to the Holy Spirit for the center. By the 3rd day, some members, about 1/2, started a prayer group to pray every night befor they went to bed. It was so joyful to see the Holy Spirit move through the community! Thanks be to God!!

I remember the time I decided to pray all 3 mysteries per day. I had a million things to do. The kids were little, the husband was distant, God knows what He had in store for me, but my cousin died, and I felt like I had climbed a mountain and then slid down the other side. I heaved a big sigh and said: "ok." "I'll do it." And I did, and never looked back. Except this one year, and then a huge earthquake happened, and I was like, "ok, back to it."

Please encourage fathers to pray a rosary with their daughter especially as a teenager because this will became memorable time spent. I recall the daily praying with my dad as i became a teenager and more reculsive this was the excuse to walk and speak together. We just prayed together and it kept us close and spiritual growth during the difficult years.
I just thought of something. I’m 4 days in praying the rosary, and the repetitiveness of praying is so relatable to everything else that manifests in life: in the gym to build muscle you need to put in reps consistently, to form any habit it takes constant repetition, in nature how rivers , stones, mountains, diamonds, gems , all of it took time and repetition. Praying the rosary consistently like this makes so much sense. It will make you grow spiritually even though it’s repetitive.
Im going to RCIA classes and learning so much. I bought a rosary.i had never prayed before let alone over 50 times bt I am going to pray thevrosary each day until Christmas at least. I just read it out loud and it's great. How you explain it and how powerful it is is inspiring me more. Im prob the first catholic for 400 years on my Presbyterian family. I have been going to church and watching videos.

My mother has been concecrated to the Legion of Mary for more than 30 years and I have finally opened my eyes and heart to the Lord, not halfway as done previously but COMPLETELY. I love my son to be Priest but he quited going to church.I am praying the Rosary for my son and kids .He stopped going to Mass when his Father left me and my six kids for another woman.I am praying daily for 3 years.
My friend was abandonned by her husband 10 yrs ago. She refused to be divorced and suffered alone. Now, after 10 yrs and many mzny prayers, reconciliation is on its way. Praise God. More prayer are needed for the restoration of his faith and reconciliation with God; the reuniting/restoration and healing of whole family.

Two persons made me smile and happy today ..one is my sister who asks me how to pray the Rosary and my husband who told me he prays the Rosary on his way to work and back. And another story when my daughter was very sick of Covid, we prayed and called Padre Pio through our angels to come and visit us.. 3 am in the morning I was half asleep and heard a sounds of big wooden rosary beads and I said “ oh you came( padre Pio) thank you!” My daughter became restless that same time..I jumped out of bed and think of calling 911 and when I checked my daughter her fever down all of a sudden and she was healed that morning. I can’t leave without the rosary in my pocket . One day I’m on my way to work and found out no rosary in my pocket,I called my husband to look for my rosary because I’m on my way back home to pick it up..but two big birds flying on top of me and I know those are angels so I felt ok without it that day..The Rosary is so powerful..it is my weapon and always lead me to be a much better person everyday. Yes, I’m trying my best to recite the four rosaries or more…1 rosary will take 15 mins only..it is powerful..one time I went to church..I prayed kneeling down in front of the miraculous image of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. I do have Arthritis on my lower back at early age..I asks my Angel to just give me a chance to pray one rosary kneeling down without any pain…I finished the rosary ..my heart is so happy then when I got up the church was closed already..the lights On only where I was praying infront of Mary and the parish priest were patiently waiting for me to finish to guide me to the door. That was one of my many precious moments with the rosary..you asks Mother Mary and all the saints to help you pray more Rosaries ..May God bless you always 🙏🏻🌹❤️

Hi Bro Gabi, I truly believe that the Rosary saves, because my late husband Kevin, prayed the Rosary at Our Lady Of Velankanni's Shrine in our area, and was inspired to make his confession. He did so after 24 long years. After his confession he then began to receive Communion daily, and passed away 2 months later.. To me it was Our Mother Mary who had saved him and helped him to receive the Sacraments of our Holy Catholic Church before his passing away. I try not to miss out on praying my Rosary daily because it's the weapon I carry with me everywhere I go...

I prayed my 45th day of the 54 day of novena. I was trying to hurry it. Cause it was 10:48 pm. Every time i try to hurry then I get to the the end. I say I am done already, how? This is my first time praying 54 novena and at first I had the most trouble starting it. It felt like Satan stopping me constantly. It was rough. I kept listening to Bishop Barron, Bishop Sheen, and Gabe talk about praying the rosary. So, if your having trouble with praying the rosary Many of us prayer warriors experienced the struggles. Our mighty Weapon. Keep it near you when praying a novena in struggles.

I started praying four rosaries a day- in addition to praying the 7 sorrows rosary in the morning. Discovered praying my four on the treadmill and its a game changer, offering up the discomfort while praying. Highly recommend!

I usually start my Rosary as soon as I wake up. My mind tends to wonder when I wake up and not always good things until I started praying as soon as I wake up. I mostly always pray luminous mysteries in the morning with the Joyful then sorrowful midday, 3pm divine mercy and Glorious later. It definitely has kept me on a much more focused path in my Faith.
Without the rosary, I'd be nothing much of a person. The gift of the holy rosary is our best link to commune with God via his earthly story of sacrifice, love, and self revelation. Pray unceasingly morning noon and night. Pray the rosary as you rest, walk, drive, kneel. Always, it will keep the graces of Christ in all that you do. Defeat road rage, impatience, vice, greed, over eating, laxity. Sin is defeated when your focus is on the mysteries. Show Mary, we love her, and we are sincere in our desire when we commit to building up the praying of the full daily. Its heaven's gift to help console, lead and calm us. Immaculate heart of Mary; interceed for us

TIPS IN PRAYING THE ROSARY 1. Carry a rosary. You can't pray it if you don't bring it with you. 2. Have an intention. Why do you pray it? You need a WHY to make you kneel and pray the rosary. Aim to pray more rosaries. 3. Don't be scrupulous. Do your best and let God take care of the rest. 4. Have a plan. What is your goal? To pray all 4 mysteries a day. How do you get to pray it? Find time for it. Wake up 30 minutes earlier and pray the rosary. Pray it while driving to work. Pray it while driving home from work. Pray it together with your family. 5. When you pray multiple rosaries per day, you only need to pray the Apostles' Creed, Our Father, 3 Hail Mary's and Glory Be once.
My number one tip for the family rosary according to my findest memories as a child would be to set the kitchen table with a little altar. Light a candle, prepare a little vase of flowers before a statue of Mary and a crucifix and have the rosary beads and rosary prays and aftter dinner remain at the table and pray a family rosary. Even if one parent needs to do the dishes or attend to another younger sibling. Keep at it.
Good job praying the rosary, please think if that’s the way Mother Mary and Jesus wants you to pray it. SHE says in the book the secret of the rosary to pray it in your needs if you can’t for health issues or traveling or an exceptional thing. Besides prayer is done in an appropriate attire.

I have been struggling to pray more than two rosaries a day with the excuse that I have bad focus.. this video reminded me that I don't need to be so worried about doing it all perfectly as I worry I need to all the time. My husband passed away on November 9, 2024 and I said the rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet for him and 2 days before his death I placed a blest brown scapular around his kneck. When he passed I heard the words from Mary “thank you for giving Me My son”. Blessed be God forever ❤️🙏
I used to get lulled to sleep when I used to recite the rosary early in the morning and I used to struggle so much to go through the whole rosary until one day I must have dosed off until out of nowhere I heard a lady call my name. At that time I was all alone just me in the room but someone called my name and I startled and woke up realising I was meant to be reciting the rosary. I felt in my heart that it was our loving mother Mary who came to my aid to keep me going. From then on I never slumbered mid way. And best of all my prayer intentions were answered. My little testimony. Thanks.

For some unknown reason I wanted fo quit the Novena to St. Jude Thaddeus I started in the 6th day because i wasn't seeing results, the very result i wanted! I wondered why must i put in this Rosary tonight when i felt so left out by God. Well i did the Rosary because i wanted to stay committed to my word by showing up! Two days later my mother got into a horrible accident that claimed lives! The bus fell on her, she was beneath it struggling, but suddenly she felt two Angels pull up this bus from beneath her. Now this is not to say my Rosary prayers saved her, but I choose to believe that that Rosary prayer I put in that day made a world of difference. If Our Mother has promised us protection, she will protect us. Thank you Jesus for saving my mother. Thank you Our Lady for your special protection 🙏🏾
I have been praying the Rosary every day since Sept 25th (I heard Gabi on a pints w Aquinas with Matt Frad) and it really spoke to me! I have been praying 150 at a time. Then I heard you say pray all 4 (includes the Luminous) I thought "OK im doing the 3, Im going for 4". and I have been doing that daily. On Saturday 9/28 I went to confession and to the Saturday pm Mass (I came “Home") Thank you! I had left the Catholic church but I Never left Jesus. And He never left me. I had been ‘taught’ that the rosary and Mary was “idol worship” (from Protestant) I repented and ask her forgiveness. I love the Rosary. Now I am hearing you say you divide the Mysteries into 3 diff times of prayer. LOL I have gotten comfortable praying it all. Today I almost stopped after Joyful and Luminous, but felt to ‘keep praying’ so I did. Sorry if TMI but I want to thank you! Your love is infectious- and I am glad I ‘caught” it
A few months ago, if people asked me if I'm a devoted Catholic, I would've said no. Because I know I sinned a lot and I do not feel worthy of the love from the Lord. I did not go to the mass very often and always had excuses. Then came the month of October, the month of the holy rosary. I started a few days late, as I was reluctant to pray and felt like doing something else instead of praying. But I did pray nevertheless, then as the days went by, I would feel empty not reaching for the rosary before I end my day. And a week passed, I went to the mass on a Sunday and straight away went to the confession booth. The urge to confess was so strong I did not hesitate to stop. I was filled with so much remorse, choked on my words but the father said it's okay. Mother Mary is bringing me back to the church and I felt immense love and happiness afterwards. Never felt that kind of peacefulness in my life before. From then on, I stopped watching things that consumed my time and focus on my time with the bible and the rosary prayers when I have time. I will focus on perfecting my prayers and read the bible more often, and start praying for those who needs to be saved as well. Heck, I'll pray for anyone regardless of the reason.
So just pray, open your heart. Mother Mary will be very happy to know that you remember her, and keep praying even if the world seems unfair and so on, because the devil wants you to feel that you have no one else to rely on. "Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God - Phillipians 4:6"

I'm going through a really stressful time in my life. Ten days ago, I woke up with the words in my head: 'The angel of the Lord declared unto Mary, and she conceived by the Holy Spirit.' These words kept coming to me out of nowhere several times a day. Yesterday, after ten years, I picked up the rosary and prayed the joyful rosary. After that, the words stopped repeating in my head, and a few hours later, I felt a huge strength and a solution to my problem.
Yes! About a week ago, I was so frustrated by things going on at work that I couldn't relax on a Friday going into the weekend. I prayed and soon after, I got the idea to write down my problems and I was able to calm my agitation.
Yes It's true the power of the Rosary is very powerful. Whenever I stopped praying with rosary I've got sick and 1 of my family members got sick and sometimes hospitalized but whenever I pray again with the rosary I've got better and my sick family members feels better and release in the hospital the ff day. I just finished a 30 day Novena with the Luminous mysteries for priests, an increase in vocations to the priesthood and all religious vocations and my nephew will become a priest.
I also tell people who have trouble praying the Rosary to ask the Blessed Mother for help. She will help you because she has asked us to pray it! No strings attached, only graces.🙏🙏

Praise be to God! In 2018 I was working in an 30 day addictions rehab center. I had started a novena to the Blessed Mother and to the Holy Spirit for the center. By the 3rd day, some members, about 1/2, started a prayer group to pray every night befor they went to bed. It was so joyful to see the Holy Spirit move through the community! Thanks be to God!!

I remember the time I decided to pray all 3 mysteries per day. I had a million things to do. The kids were little, the husband was distant, God knows what He had in store for me, but my cousin died, and I felt like I had climbed a mountain and then slid down the other side. I heaved a big sigh and said: "ok." "I'll do it." And I did, and never looked back. Except this one year, and then a huge earthquake happened, and I was like, "ok, back to it."

Please encourage fathers to pray a rosary with their daughter especially as a teenager because this will became memorable time spent. I recall the daily praying with my dad as i became a teenager and more reculsive this was the excuse to walk and speak together. We just prayed together and it kept us close and spiritual growth during the difficult years.
I just thought of something. I’m 4 days in praying the rosary, and the repetitiveness of praying is so relatable to everything else that manifests in life: in the gym to build muscle you need to put in reps consistently, to form any habit it takes constant repetition, in nature how rivers , stones, mountains, diamonds, gems , all of it took time and repetition. Praying the rosary consistently like this makes so much sense. It will make you grow spiritually even though it’s repetitive.
Im going to RCIA classes and learning so much. I bought a rosary.i had never prayed before let alone over 50 times bt I am going to pray thevrosary each day until Christmas at least. I just read it out loud and it's great. How you explain it and how powerful it is is inspiring me more.

Two persons made me smile and happy today ..one is my sister who asks me how to pray the Rosary and my husband who told me he prays the Rosary on his way to work and back. And another story when my daughter was very sick of Covid, we prayed and called Padre Pio through our angels to come and visit us..
3 am in the morning I was half asleep and heard a sounds of big wooden rosary beads and I said “ oh you came( padre Pio) thank you!” My daughter became restless that same time..I jumped out of bed and think of calling 911 and when I checked my daughter her fever down all of a sudden and she was healed that morning. I can’t leave without the rosary in my pocket . One day I’m on my way to work and found out no rosary in my pocket,I called my husband to look for my rosary because I’m on my way back home to pick it up..but two big birds flying on top of me and I know those are angels so I felt ok without it that day..The Rosary is so powerful..it is my weapon and always lead me to be a much better person everyday. Yes, I’m trying my best to recite the four rosaries or more…1 rosary will take 15 mins only..it is powerful..one time I went to church..I prayed kneeling down in front of the miraculous image of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. I do have Arthritis on my lower back at early age..I asks my Angel to just give me a chance to pray one rosary kneeling down without any pain…I finished the rosary ..my heart is so happy then when I got up the church was closed already..the lights On only where I was praying infront of Mary and the parish priest were patiently waiting for me to finish to guide me to the door. That was one of my many precious moments with the rosary..you asks Mother Mary and all the saints to help you pray more Rosaries ..May God bless you always 🙏🏻🌹❤️

I truly believe that the Rosary saves, because my late husband Kevin, prayed the Rosary at Our Lady Of Velankanni's Shrine in our area, and was inspired to make his confession. He did so after 24 long years. After his confession he then began to receive Communion daily, and passed away 2 months later..
To me it was Our Mother Mary who had saved him and helped him to receive the Sacraments of our Holy Catholic Church before his passing away.
I try not to miss out on praying my Rosary daily because it's the weapon I carry with me everywhere I go...
Say the Angelus three times a day. 6 am Noon and 6 pm. It is the foundation.

I prayed my 45th day of the 54 day of novena. I was trying to hurry it. Cause it was 10:48 pm. Every time i try to hurry then I get to the the end. I say I am done already, how? This is my first time praying 54 novena and at first I had the most trouble starting it. It felt like Satan stopping me constantly. It was rough. I kept listening to Bishop Barron, Bishop Sheen, and Gabe talk about praying the rosary. So, if your having trouble with praying the rosary Many of us prayer warriors experienced the struggles. Our mighty Weapon. Keep it near you when praying a novena in struggles.

I started praying four rosaries a day- in addition to praying the 7 sorrows rosary in the morning. Discovered praying my four on the treadmill and its a game changer, offering up the discomfort while praying. Highly recommend!

I usually start my Rosary as soon as I wake up. My mind tends to wonder when I wake up and not always good things until I started praying as soon as I wake up. I mostly always pray luminous mysteries in the morning with the Joyful then sorrowful midday, 3pm divine mercy and Glorious later. It definitely has kept me on a much more focused path in my Faith.

TIPS IN PRAYING THE ROSARY
1. Carry a rosary. You can't pray it if you don't bring it with you.
2. Have an intention. Why do you pray it? You need a WHY to make you kneel and pray the rosary. Aim to pray more rosaries.
3. Don't be scrupulous. Do your best and let God take care of the rest.
4. Have a plan. What is your goal? To pray all 4 mysteries a day. How do you get to pray it? Find time for it. Wake up 30 minutes earlier and pray the rosary. Pray it while driving to work. Pray it while driving home from work. Pray it together with your family.

My number one tip for the family rosary according to my findest memories as a child would be to set the kitchen table with a little altar. Light a candle, prepare a little vase of flowers before a statue of Mary and a crucifix and have the rosary beads and rosary prays and aftter dinner remain at the table and pray a family rosary. Even if one parent needs to do the dishes or attend to another younger sibling. Keep at it.
My favorite place to pray the Rosary lately is the Sauna. 21 mins in the Sauna is basically the perfect time to pray one set of Mysteries.
Good job praying the rosary, please think if that’s the way Mother Mary and Jesus wants you to pray it. SHE says in the book the secret of the rosary to pray it in your needs if you can’t for health issues or traveling or an exceptional thing. Besides prayer is done in an appropriate attire.

I have been struggling to pray more than two rosaries a day with the excuse that I have bad focus.. this video reminded me that I don't need to be so worried about doing it all perfectly as I worry I need to all the time. Of course I will pray them focusing to the best of my ability, but I shouldn't be discouraged if I am unable to maintain it perfectly the entire 4 rosaries.
