Rules are explained below.

RULES:
Bobby Moore must play in every game (unless banned)
I must try and get from Div 10 of Ultimate Team to winning the Div 1 title only using players from West Ham, England or Legends.
Players pulled out of the Wembley Cup randomly.
POINTS:
WIN = 100 POINTS
WIN BY 3+ GOALS / RAGE QUIT = 100 POINTS
CLEAN SHEET = 100 POINTS
MOORE GOAL = 100 POINTS
MOORE MOTM = 100 POINTS
COSTS:
WEST HAM PLAYER = 200 POINTS
ENGLAND PLAYER = 300 POINTS
LEGEND = 500 POINTS
REWARDS/PUNISHMENTS:
LOSE A GAME = LOSE LOWEST RATED PLAYER FROM GAME
RELEGATION = LOSE HIGHEST RATED PLAYER FROM CLUB (EXCEPT MOORE)
RETAIN = WEST HAM PLAYER OF CHOICE
PROMOTION = ENGLAND PLAYER OF CHOICE
TITLE = LEGEND OF CHOICE

Assist from Moore = 100 pts
Goal from Moore = 200 pts
Legend = 600 pts

He's gonna run out of the players too quickly, he needs to get batches of England players instead of just the highest rated, for example x number of bronzes, silvers, and golds

New Rule (Maybe)
Since it will be easy for you , if you pick any West Ham,England,or Legend leave them in the pot, that way it can be a risk of getting a new player or getting the same player, (if you get the same player you get nothing, its a risk)??

Title of Div 10-9 - West Ham player

Title of Div 5+ - a legend

Spencer, make it 100 points for a Moore assist because as a defender it will be hard for him to get goals or assists so it makes it a bit easier

Legend: 1000/1500 points
Otherwise it's far too easy to get legends and you'll finish the series in the first 10 episodes.

I like the way this series is going I don't think it's too easy because in future episodes he won't be getting all these clean sheets
Add in more England players. Put the normal cards + IF + Upgraded so you could still get Silver Vardy, might only get an IF Vardy instead of a RB. Also maybe add a ex West Ham pot for more players/hybrids. Finally the prices are not enough. Legend should be at least 800. Eng at 400. West Ham is good and if you add ex West Ham do 250/300. If you perfect the rules this series will be epic.

You should put a load of bronze players in the legends pot then make it more expensive e.g 1500 points so it's a big risk to try and get a legend!

Make the amount of points for a legend 400, but you shouldn't be allowed to carry over points. That way to get a legend you'll have to get at least 4 achievements in one match. Otherwise you'll have a full legend team in no time.

A legend should cost 1500-2000 points 500 is way to easy
500 points is the maximum amount of points you can get from a game so to get a legend Moore will need a goal get a MOTM keep a clean sheet force a rage quit and obviously win

I think legend players should not be purchasable via points until lets say division 5? You can only get legends by winning the title until then. (Instead of you blatantly not picking to get legends via points) Also maybe make it so at the end of each episode, all remaining points are wiped so more West Ham and England picks have more value to them because that's all you can get sometimes.
