How much difference does the sulphur contents of the water used have? I guess demineralized water is bad, tap water is fine - in some parts of the world, but does the vicinity of Vesuvio have an impact on the Napoleotan pizza and other bread?

Something just came to me. With the importance of hydrogen bonds in the forming gluten structure, has anyone tried giving dough an MRI to possibly capture an image of the forming patterns? How cool would that be!?!! Although, adding gadolinium may pose a problem. 🤢 👀 Still, an un enhanced image may be useful. I may have to fake a back injury and smuggle in a batard.
Arg... you too with that fake voice dub.... I hate it! I need to manually change it every single time because youtube does not have an option to get the original voice and the dub sound so fake it make me sick. Not sure if I can take it... I had to give up a bunch of channels for that reason.
Dont do that it isnt the choice of the channel to have that on most of the time, youtube has been weird about adding ai voice translation without prompting.
@@nakajoea It is not a setting that I got for sure... but I didn't know it was something that youtube could add without the creator permission. Still I created a userscript to automatically select original audio... I hope there will be a way to disable it for mobile website and fire stick tv too... there I cannot even select the original voice anymore.
@@coolmacncheese Like I said to the other comment I didn't know it was not the decision of the channel... and I made a workaround for pc.. I already contacted youtube but I don't think they will ever answer.
@@nakajoea PS. I also forgot... maybe you did not get a fake voice dub because your youtube setting is english... if you look in the settings of the video you will see an audio track menu...

That has to be some setting on your account. It's not this video, there's no fake voice dub for me. Sounds like a pain though, maybe contact RUclips.
