- My good friend Jaideep Singh Chahal aka Boss Man details his custom-built motorcycle trailer in this elaborate video.
This is the best motorcycle trailer I have ever seen in my life - granted, I have only seen a few so far. It runs an Ironman suspension and rally-spec tyres!
Jaideep use this trailer very often - transporting two motorcycles together at times to his various Royal Enfield dealerships in Punjab.

Finally someone who knows some stuff. I've always advocated for a different shock mount design as axle moves along 2 axis. His ball mounted shock was good but it needs more freedom of movement. Good work though.

I believe the trailer is a bit too high, but probably suitable for roads in India, but this trailer is disadvantage for bikes which not able to start or someone physically smaller in size as the ramp is too stiff. There should have been some jaw winch or manual winch, or trailer should have been design to be lowered hydraulically. Some housekeeping required on the electrical connection, does not look nice exposed. The turnbuckle eye a little bit too big, as long there is no excessive gap its fine. Keeping those boxes is unnecessary in my opinion its an hazard for road users if it falls.15.54 is dynamo or eye bolts, collared is better.

Completely agree to some of the issues you pointed out.
The trailer is used for semi-offroading due to real bad roads in some of the areas I deliver to, hence the height and off-road dampers.
Turnbuckle eye is loose for the pin here, was made with a 20k lbs ball type tow point on a height adjustable rail in the next few weeks.
Physical strength has never been an issue 😝 plus in India, there are always people available to help push bikes up the ramp.
Winching 2 wheelers is again a 2 man job.
And have been waiting on my universal 7pin male/female connector set for around 2 months. Will be installing that shortly.

@@TreadTrails Thanks for the clarification never the less its a great trailer and seems heavy duty but not an issue Isuzu D-Max. You may also get something to keep the front wheel in place or Tie down during strapping. The Tyre tie down or wheel strap tie down is also good buy unless you're unsure how much tension to put on the ratchet.

You tie the bike down with the straps. The straps are so tight, they don't let the bike move at all.
