I have my s21 Ultra setup in a very similar way. I do use Nova Launcher since it is a very feature rich launcher, but I use KWLP instead of KWGT. As for Unsplash, you can use Resplash on Android which gets its wallpapers from Unsplash. Good lock is another great way to tune One UI to your liking. The Home Up (change your task layout, change app grid layouts, etc), Lock Star (customize your lock screen), and RegiStar(modify system settings menu order, add double/triple tap shortcuts, etc) add-ons are my favorite but I also use Sound Assistant for extra features with audio options and bluetooth audio sync settings
This phones on my radar. It is amazing though how many people get on your case when you mention you may be switching phones lol it really brings down the excitement

I use to use light mode but I honestly don't notice any difference with battery. The thing I did that did make a difference is turning off adaptive battery

I still just love everything Nova offers. I'm not bothered about the task bar either. I just like too many things about Nova to not use it.
Nova is fire. I just like to keep things as minimal as possible, but I've seen some really nice looking setups using nova on the Fold 5. Might have to try it for myself eventually!

I got the fold 5 weeks ago. You were right. This is the best device I ever bought. I can't see ever going back to a regular phone.
