Man y'all need a local Texas box! These are all nationwide brands that you can get anywhere. You'll have to let us know when you open up your PO box again.
@flyback 2me my kids love them. ... me not so much. ... I just don't see the attraction to anything you have to force yourself to get through to the "good part"
Lisa Eats Treats Me too!! 🤦🏾♀️ I forget how sour they were in the first place, and end up trying them again like an idiot. Lol I fall for it every time!
Alex got out the Chicken in a Biskits, I paused the video and I walked into the kitchen and grabbed my box off the table along with the Easy Cheese. LOL
I’m from Austin, TX! ❤️ But yes you definitely still need to try Buccee’s snacks! And HEB chips/snacks since that’s our big chain grocery store here & so good!
I was so excited to see what yall thought of my box its been 8months but the $and the time was totally worth it....i love you both.... im working on a second box as we speak.. tons of love
I'm from Fort Worth. Not to Far from Dallas. We called Dallas/Fort Worth or DFW. We also called North Texas with Arlington, Irving, Plano, Garland , North Richland Hill, Hurst and Waco. Also, here's another fact that you're love. Waco is home of Dr. Pepper soda and Frito snacks including Cheetos chips.
Just a tip. Segram's is a wine cooler brand. Wine coolers are like the first drink most people have. You should next try Boone' s Farm, lol. Muddy Buddies are a popular treat we make in America mostly at Christmastime. It's so easy, you can look up recipes. You will want to make a HUGE batch as they go quickly.
Ahh, the memories. My grandmother used to have a blue Fenton candy dish at her house and it was always filled either with ribbon candy or Brach's lemon drops.
I'm from Nacogdoches Texas, and have watched your videos for a year or so. I wait for your videos. Thanks for cheering me up as always. Hope Y'all have a great weekend. Cheers.
Hello Kate & Alex, Another great video, also thankyou so much for your lovely messages on instagram yesterday it really meant alot. It's nice to know some youtubers really do care about there fans. Brought a huge smile to my face to hear from you 😘😘😘

👋🏻 Hi from San Antonio, Texas😃 this was a good box, however, it doesn't seem like much of it was local enough to call it a "Texas" box. Many states can get majority of the products y'all tried. I have lived in East, West, and North TX, where this box was from. We need to get you guys a local box! Y'all are awesome!
I'm from Dallas & we have some great local stuff but it wouldn't be a huge box. Maybe several of us Texans agreed to send smaller local boxes, maybe Kate & Alex could open all the local boxes as an episode?
Im from Houston Texas had to watch this! As soon as you ate the hot Cheetos I got my hot Cheeto puffs and ate them through the rest of the video 😬😂 love yalls videos!!
YAAASSSSS.best candy and treat vloggers ever, adore you both full stop. Texas is bad-ass and beautiful, love it, been there twice, gorgeous. Smashed it from start to finish Kate and Alex. hugs sent from my home in Canada, eh. lol cheers
I'm glad you actually got snacks that are popular here in the U.S.. When others special order and test our snacks in review, they aren't accurate or popular. You're the first I've seen to get the popular snacks right. Whoever sent you the package gave you what we actually like here in U.S.. 💙💚💛💜

OMG! Nostalgia, in first grade I had to sing the 50 states song for a concert and that’s the one you were just talking about but I love it so much we always sing it in fifth grade now because it brings back all those memories and it’s so cool to see that you have heard of it too.
You're alright, Alex. We can't all know all cities in all the world. :) Kate, you can watch Animaniacs to hear that song/find it online at youtube and they add the capitol cities as well.

Your sweatshirt was from a cheerleading competition. It is common to win sweatshirts or jackets if your team comes in first place at cheer competitions. This was one of those sweatshirts from a competition probably 15 years ago. I have the same one. Funny that it made it a vintage shop so far away!
homeade muddy buddy’s are awesome. We call it puppy chow at our house in NC but you put peanut butter, melted chocolate and powdered sugar in a huge tub with Chex cereal and mix it up, it’s awesome.
You can make it yourself, I have fond memories as a kid making them with my Mom and shaking the bag to mix. www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/chex-muddy-buddies/92e4756c-abc1-452a-9b2c-dd124d858050
🙋🏻♀️ from Corpus Christi, Texas! Would love to send y’all a box one day! And I don’t know about anywhere else but we call the Seagrams “wine coolers”, it’s definitely not a beer!
I’m like Kate , I can’t handle really hot foods or snacks. I love 💕 Pepperidge Farm everything. The look 👀 Kate made I lol 😂. Always enjoy 😊 both you and Alex’s reactions. Nice box from the Lone Star ⭐️ state. 👍and lol 😆 hiccups.
Dallas/ Ft Worth is the regional airport, and the two cities, near each other. There are a couple little towns between them. I was stationed for two years at Carswell AF base just outside of Ft Worth back in the ‘80’s.
It's actually DALLAS TEXAS and FORT WORTH TEXAS, they are about 30 miles apart and Dallas/Ft Worth Intl Airport is in Grapevine TX, about half way between the two (little closer to Dallas).
I’m from Longview TX which is about 2-3 hour drive east of Dallas, depending on traffic and how fast you drive. When I saw y’all open the warheads my mouth watered with the sourness. I loved the flavor of those but not the sour. I used to rinse the sour off before eating it.
@@ThisWithThem It's been said, that Texas is a "whole other country". It is the only state in the country that could, if it decided to, split into smaller states. It is also the only state that was its own country (after gaining its independence from Mexico) before it voluntarily became part of the United States, and for that reason, it is the only state that can legally fly its flag at the same level as the American flag if any Texan chooses to do so. All other states must fly theirs at a lower level than the American flag.
i'm from DFW (Dallas Fort Worth) and I learned that state song. in elementary. school for a school play! it came in handy when I had geography quizzes where they'd give us an. empty map of the U.S. and we had to label the states!
@@ThisWithThem hey This with them my name is kelly I'm 26 living in Newcastle I have been to Florida in 2002 2004 and 2010 I loved all the American candy but I could find any here I would love to find a place that has American candy my favourite was chips ahoy cookies and fruit loops cereal your videos are amazing
The triple chocolate cookie crunch is my favorite. It's so good! I work in a Mexican Restraunt and after a long tiring day, it is just heavenly, when I have them on hand anyway.
I'm from Lubbock, Texas. Texas is amazing. It has multiple types of climates and terrains. We have bayous, coast lines, desert, mountains, woodlands, a miniature version of the Grand Canyon, land so flat that you could see for upwards of 50 miles, or more, and so much more. We have monsoon season, where everything can be flooded. Seasons so dry, where you can't see more than a few feet in front of you because of the sand that is being picked up and blown around. During these same times, you can have a sand storm and a thunderstorm at the same time, and you get mud storms. It is a state where it can take you 2 days to get from the East side of Texas, to the West side, even with being on an interstate highway. Texas is not just a state, it is a state of mind, :) You aren't just an American, you are a Texan. People from other countries may not know the majority of the U.S., but they definitely know Texas. :) Thanks for the work on your show. it is really good. :)
Those Seagram's drinks are perfect for poolside chilling. Jamaican Me Happy is my favorite flavor. You can get them in glass bottles too (not great for the pool). But man, I love those!!!
Another great video --- Fun fact for Kate (or NOT so fun fact, to me) -- When I was in 8th grade in school (so 13/14 years old), the music teacher in our school had us sing that song PRACTICALLY EVERY DAY, so it's BURNED in my brain now and I could teach it to you easily!
Swedish Fish is my all time favorite candy ever since I was a kid. Jelly Beans are my second favorite. I've eaten a bag of Flaming Hot Cheetos like that, but I had to wash it down with a big glass of milk.
You both are great, I love the side eye Alex gives Kate when she asked for a top off. That is such a sibling thing, so subtle...lol. Per usual I enjoyed this tasting video. Keep up the great work!
I was born in Dallas, Texas, I stayed there 2 years before moving to Pheonix, Arizona then staying there for 2 years, then moving to Salt lake City Utah, where I have been for the past 8 years. I know quite alot of changing states, but I'm Texan.
I'm excited about this video! I'm originally from Texas. Still love the Louisiana one best since it's where I live now. How do you eat all these candy and snacks without gaining weight?
Yay! A box from Texas!! I am from Arlington, TX which is in the middle of Dallas and Fort Worth which is home of the Dallas Cowboys (football) and Texas Rangers (baseball). We love Chicken in a Biscuit! They are dangerous! Never sit down with the box! So good! Kate, when you started singing, Fifty Nifty, my husband turned to me and said, you know that song! I am an elem music teacher and sometimes I teach it to my students. Such a great way to memorize all of the states!
So FYI we refer to It as the DFW Metroplex, metroplex referring to the Dallas, Irving, Richardson, McKinney, all the way over to Fort Worth, and including like 10 million of Texas 28million people.
I'm from Fort worth texas!!! Fun fact: our international airport Dallas/fort worth (Dfw) is actually in Grapevine which is a city directly in the middle of Dallas and Fort Worth. Dfw is a nickname for the Dallas/ fort worth metroplex. And it can take upwards of two hours to drive across.
Oh wow, I didn’t know this. Thanks Julia! 😀
Yay- a Texas box. I am from the DFW Metroplex .
two hours if you're not stuck in traffic 😂
I’m glad I did not have to explain it you beat it me to it
Well, actually it's half in Grapevine & half in Irving. Right on the county line!
Man y'all need a local Texas box! These are all nationwide brands that you can get anywhere. You'll have to let us know when you open up your PO box again.
Ah thank you Anna! That would be lovely
I second this!
I know, I was like where are the chick-o-sticks!
I agree! I was bummed to not see our state represented well.
True. I was eating these long before moving to Texas.
This was fun! But as a life-long Texan, I do think you need another box with some Texas-made snacks.
Much love from Austin, TX. Next time try Bucc-ee's snacks; they're local and super tasty.
Yes! I was hoping for some truly Texas snacks.
I was shocked they didn't put any in there!
Yess Bucc-ee’s would’ve been perfect to add!
Thank you. I kept wondering how you could eat Texas snacks without beaver nuggets.
alyssa hernandez I agree go to buccees and ball out
Lol I nearly choked to death when Alex said “Nope, that’s enough for me, Thank you.” after trying that warhead. 😂😂 I can’t take the sourness either.
Hahaha 😂
Nope those things are nasty!!
@flyback 2me my kids love them. ... me not so much. ... I just don't see the attraction to anything you have to force yourself to get through to the "good part"
I can’t either, yet I always end up trying them thinking it will be better 🤦🏻♀️

Chicken in a biscuit, has been around since the 50's-60's. The flavor is chicken and dumplings. Flavored with real chicken broth.
mary casanova I love chicken in a biscuit
Can't you just toss a bouillon cube between two saltines?!?! ;)
True, but the sodium alone would kill you. :o
And they’re heaven with squeeze cheese in a can.
Kaet and alex best
Alex got out the Chicken in a Biskits, I paused the video and I walked into the kitchen and grabbed my box off the table along with the Easy Cheese. LOL
Ahh no way! Love it! Wish we had some easy cheese left!!
lol I have to be snacking to watch these or I get INTENSE cravings 😂
I’ve always known the Muddy Buddy’s as “Puppy Chow”
Ah yes i did know they were called this too!
My favorite are the chocolate peanut butter ones.
Agree. One of our grocery stores sells them as Human Chow now because they got sued by someone who fed it to their dog.

I love seagrams escapes! They have tons of flavors where I'm from in Illinois! We call them wine coolers here though and they come in a glass bottle 😊
So nice isn't it! I must try some of the other flavours
I can go for a wine cooler 💖💖💖 my favorite thing to drink for alcohol
Strawberry Dacari is my favorite

Those Seagram's drinks are perfect for poolside chilling. Jamaican Me Happy is my favorite flavor. You can get them in glass bottles too (not great for the pool). But man, I love those!!!
Oh my word, yes! So perfect!! Oh cool. Suppose the glass would be nice for some occasions!
Hello Theresa here and I too love Chicken in a biscuit, I have eaten muddie buddies like ceral and it is much like cookie crisp

Thank you Wendi! So glad you enjoyed it 💗
Another great video --- Fun fact for Kate (or NOT so fun fact, to me) -- When I was in 8th grade in school (so 13/14 years old), the music teacher in our school had us sing that song PRACTICALLY EVERY DAY, so it's BURNED in my brain now and I could teach it to you easily!
Im from texas!!! Texarkana tx to be exact! Im 2 hours away from Dallas. I got there alot
Swedish Fish is my all time favorite candy ever since I was a kid. Jelly Beans are my second favorite.
I've eaten a bag of Flaming Hot Cheetos like that, but I had to wash it down with a big glass of milk.
So delicious 😋 I too love jelly beans! Wow you’re awesome! 🥵
That sweatshirt is from a cheer competition! It was the state Champs sweatshirt
You both are great, I love the side eye Alex gives Kate when she asked for a top off. That is such a sibling thing, so subtle...lol. Per usual I enjoyed this tasting video. Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much Kim! So pleased you enjoyed those moments
I’m from Ft.Worth! We are definitely not Dallas thanks for explaining and showing the difference!
Loved seeing a Texas box!!! Wish there would've been some Buccees treats. Yall have to try beaver nuggets!! Much love from Athens TX.
Yes I am from Fort Worth Tx💙🖤 and yes!! That song is the only way I learned the 50 states
Yay so pleased you’re excited and you loved the Louisiana one 😀 we have to go to the gym... a lot 😆😆
Enjoyed watching this! Have tried some of these. Love Pepperidge Farm and Beanitos.
Thanks Amy! Glad you enjoyed it!
The song is “Fifty Nifty United States” by Ray Charles. I sang it in elementary school back in 1976.
So fun! Love watching y’all! Chicken in a biscuit crackers ♥️🤩 I should buy them more often but I don’t. They are good!
Such a great way to memorize all of the states!
this just makes feel nostalgic.
Hi from Austin, TX but originally from San Antonio,TX! Absolutely LOVE your channel!
So FYI we refer to It as the DFW Metroplex, metroplex referring to the Dallas, Irving, Richardson, McKinney, all the way over to Fort Worth, and including like 10 million of Texas 28million people.
