Not right now, the Luma Island FAQ just says "Luma Island is available on Windows (via the Steam Store). 🖥 No other platforms have been confirmed yet." So looks like they're leaving it as an option for the future. A lot of indie studios will make a PC version first (as games are developed on PCs so there no porting work needed) and then make a console version once their game is feature complete or goes to a 1.0 state.

I'm not sure if you know. When gathering the mushrooms, flowers ect, if you use the hoe, it skips the animation and a lot quicker.
