You're not exactly doing the Cobra manoeuvre because you're just going straight up. The Cobra manoeuvre makes you stop mid air and making the enemy go straight into your front.
someone asked me if you can do a cobra manoeuvre with the new mig 29 so i gave it a go i need more practice but you can do it. to do it pull up maximum and at the same time put throttle to zero and use air brake
You can't do a Cobra Maneuver with a MIG 29 because it doesn't have thrust vectoring capabilities. I love this game so much. I hope we could use the SU35 in the game. It has thrust vectoring and I've seen the AI doing that in gun battles.

dont think its on pc but i think you can lower the frames per minute somewhere in the settings i just think its for high quality phones i use a ipad sometimes i get lag frame drops but its ok for me sorry cant help
I've seen the P-51 AI do this while getting an angle for guns and immediately questioned myself "Sorry what just happened? Huh? No no no no, that's not possible." Context: it stopped midair while I went 500 knots or something, then turned around as if nothing happened. In the Su-35 and Mig-29 AI I get it, the F-16 less so, but that?? Hell no.
yes in game it's hard to shoot enemy even on easy level the laws of physics don't apply in games it seems but this manoeuvre in real life was big advantage to mig pilots when the plane and missile needed to be facing a enemy plane to lock on but now with better missiles and pilot helmet sights where the pilot can just turn his head and look at a enemy plane to fire its missiles it's not so advantageous but still it would be good to loose airspeed quickly and get behind someone quickly using this in a emergency dogfight for a mig plane most planes might break up or there computer fly by wire controls go crazy if they tried this aggressive move thanks for watching
plz do something with refueling make it connecting refuel make connection between plane and tanker. same with net baskit refuel the prob should connect with the plane probe
There’s a nother jet the su-57 that will have a butten over refuel probe that you’ll see if you click it the plane will stall and you can spin and do anything

One of the reasons you're not doing the cobra maneuvere is because the speed is wrong it's supposed to be between 170 knots and 250 knots and the f22 can do the cobra cause I have done it in this exact same game you just not experienced enough and you just need to practice use the f22 and go watch Google how to do or search on RUclips how to do the cobra manoeuvre in armed air forces there's a video on how to do it in the f22 and the su 57 so you're not doing it right go watch the video.
yes this was with the mig 29 plane before they added the AOA Limit button to the f22 and su57 that helped do the cobra move the mig 29 doesn't have the same adjustable thrust exhaust that the f22 or su57 has if you check my armed air forces video about the su57 you will see me do a cobra move better with the su57
back in the early days of heat seeking air to air missiles you needed to be behind a enemy plane to lock onto the heat from the exhaust a strong heat source the rear of the enemy plane was better so any plane that could rotate its nose and lock onto the heat at the planes rear fast was advantage imagine if the enmy plane was directly above you a quick cobra move and you get a lock onto him before he gets you no need for a long turn to get behind but yes not so advantage today as heat seeking missiles are more sensitive and can be fired head on to the enemy you dont need to be behind them with more heat to lock onto and they have radar guided missiles fire and forget beyond visual range roday but its still good to have the capability to turn faster thats why modern planes like the f22 have thrust vectoring movement in the engine exhaust so you can do crazy fast turns this cobra move was just the early days that most western planes couldn't do safely so they invented movable exhausts

You're not exactly doing the Cobra manoeuvre because you're just going straight up. The Cobra manoeuvre makes you stop mid air and making the enemy go straight into your front.

Mig29 have drag shoot they use it when they land kindly add drag shoot to mig option

maybe your device maybe go into the settings and lower the graphics quality these games do need a lot of power if you have a older device /phone

Try to use lower speed
A cobra maneuver is not a good dogfight maneuver it bleeds off your speed and if you try that in a real dog fight you most likely will die to guns 😂😂
