What kind of respirator did you use? Whats your cost to profit ratio?
I've a military grade respirator, but I don't used that, because acid fume doesn't protect any respirator, I guess only spacesuit can protect me😂 I uses I table fan from opposite side of my work banch, and I stay fur from fumes

It wont filter properly unless you double the solution in volume with Ice, the solution wont get to hot with the ice than the gold sludge will sink to the bottom

Used up over 1 litre 68% nitric acid costing a fortune with acid and electricity for the hob and fume hood. Don't think this is the way to go.
That's why I asked the question.

But .. that's my way your way maybe its better !! Electro maybe it's the chiper way but maybe is more time consuming ?

No, heat will damage the plastic. You will use a heatproof scientific glass pan. You can get it at any scientific store.
Always use a glass thermometer to make sure the acid doesnt get to hot. Is that cast iron?

Can you tell why the dust turns brown when you process, why it turns black when we process?
Pure gold dust mostly looking as brownies colours... If small amount of others base metal with gold sediment, it looks black...

Use a high quality beaker or a stone age pan. I could care less as long as it works.
