Loved the transparency & vulnerability Mo & Landa shared 🥺 We're so happy that they've become friends since we filmed this episode! Please give this video a thumbs up and subscribe❤
They need to come back and define friendship😃
I love Mo’s calmness. She also just listens to someone without wanting to say anything. She takes in whatever the person is saying. Such a beautiful person and she looks like when she loves she loves with her whole heart
For this episode, I've learnt that it's okay to love your ex, as long as you love yourself more🌻 That's where choosing yourself comes in.
Well said 🥺♥️
Mo is the unpaid therapist that is trying to heal but still trying to help others heal
I love how when Mo answers her questions she asks the person she is with if she went through the same. She also listens attentively. Shows how empathetic she is and how she wants to connect with people. Such a beautiful soul ❤️❤️❤️🤌
I feel like Mo was holding back to protect her ex
This felt like such a safe space to share, learn and heal🤗❤️
That's what I said sis...
They should invite you to defining friendship breakups
@@tshepi4justice875 The other one won't come lol
@@Yassmiinn. lol Sibu also didn’t come but his ex came.
Landa's personality is great and she's very well spoken.
Yea. I could listen to her all day ❤️
@@tintswalochabalala4672 same here dolls.
I’m such a fan of Mo. She’s grown on me and I’m really proud of her growth. ❤
You don't have to be friends with everyone you meet BUT I honestly think they could be very good friends. I don't know... They create such a warm, wholesome, calm, introspective and overall peaceful dynamic. They could create such a beautiful friendship together.
Mo just shared on IG that they’ve since been become friends and even suggested in a jokingly way, that they now do a Defining Friendship episode.😂🥺
@@sabamasaya2064 wow, that is beautiful🥺.
"The slower you move, the quicker you return home." Wow that really resonated with me! Can't get enough of Defining Breakups 😭❤️👏🏾
@Palisa Key I believe it basically means small progress is still progress.
@Palisa Key I think it means that if you try to quicken the journey of healing, there are parts you miss and you will later still need to return to those parts but if you go slow and take your time, you miss no parts.
It can also mean if you don't rush the healing process the quicker it is to return to yourself (Home).
Someone once said " sometimes people have to be removed in your life, in order for you to get your blessings or prayers to be answered.. Because they might be holding energy that will affect you too to block your blessings.. Not because they are bad people...coz sometimes they might not even know they got that energy themselves ".. And that's life, it's things that happen here..
So true......God removes them to place u somewhr higher
So true
100% accurate
One thing about Thato, he will regret letting Mo go 🤞
😂😂😂😂
That’s his wife
I'm so mad at him for fumbling such a gem! 😂😭
😂❤️
He won’t regret it. Even if they get back together, they needed this break up to grow themselves away from each other. Where they are right now isn’t compatible to one another. We don’t live with regrets just lessons. She’s amazing though
When Landa described that journey of falling in love with herself as being ' confusing, ugly and uncomfortable' i felt that in my soul😭
That “ planning your dreams together and seeing them come together when you’ve broken up” that part 😢😢😢😢…… I relate to that
I really love Mó’s demeanour.such a beautiful soul
Nah Mo wasn’t the problem, probably got gaslighted to hell during the breakup 💀
I really didn't get anything from Mo for real...
Landa gave me so much closure on her breakup. You made so much sense maam
Actually their breakup was so heavy on me.. seeing Landa on Instagram 😔alone nje was painful..I had a lot of emotions ...I also got closure too..thanks guys🤗
Me too,I loved them somuch,Their breakup really hurt me especially because I was going through a breakup myself.
This is a great pairing. Love how calm Mo is and how warm Landa is
Mo’s demeanour is so calming. She’s so serene 😍
But this was the best episode, loved how they both were reflective without bashing their exes.
Mo is such a sweet soul😭 I'd run to her with all my problems😭
Yall would take so many shots😂😂😂😂😂😂

"the slower you move, the quicker you return home"
I really wanted to hear what she meant by that but she got cut😭
@@Channyy956 Eish. We will never know 🤣😭😭
10:56 Bathong Mo 😭 "Can my ex get this question?"
Break ups hurt, hurt. But “love is never wasted.” ❤️
Also guys it is possible to break up, learn to pay more attention to yourself and be comfortable in your own skin and meet your ex and date other people and at first you appreciate what they have that your ex didn't have. But over time u realise ur ex had 80% of the things you wanted in a person and the new guy has only 20% and you start missing your person. And because now they are humbled and remember that they also went through a stage of growth while u were away. You tell them I am this person now and you find that you guys work better now that you have changed. Ain't no shame in getting back together coz it's rough out there guys and you realize that also you can't love the same anymore. U no longer have love, you have acceptance.
These are definitely two women who are so comfortable in their skin , Landa articulates herself so well. ♥️… I really like this new chapter for Mo, I think her energy and her character started evolving away from her ex even before they announced their breakup.
Mo is so soft spoken 😭❤
You can see that Landa will go far with this attitude. She’s honest towards herself & her boundaries. She confident about her space & bringing others into it knowing she only radiates pure love. She’s amazing❤️Also she’s so soft spoken. Everything she says sounds perfectly rehearsed.
“You can say no to spaces that you feel you aren’t comfortable occupying without feeling guilty ”- Mo Mdluli ❤️❤️❤️
Mo is beautiful man .
Thato lost a good woman here ahh 🥹
Maybe it wasn't meant to be. She lost him too. It's lessons and losses both ways
Damn, she's bloody gorg
@@Leeeigghnah that fool lost a great woman
I'm here for Mo❤️
Landa I love your honesty and transparency, Mo was holding a lot back.
as is her right. 😊♥️ you don't owe anyone answers about your personal life but yourself
I don't think she did that deliberately. You could see that she wanted to say more but because she's a great listener she decided to give Landa space to talk more.
Sometimes being a good listener means giving other people space to express themselves.. without trying to speak too much yourself. That’s her aura and her personality.
Can't get over Mo's beauty 😍
Not defining creating a whole wholesome friendship🥺 i love this🥺❤️
this is literally the best episode ever, they flowed through the conversations. So transparent. Oh my gosh i love this, it was too short. They literally communicated and comprehended so well.
God bless Dennis, Noma and the rest of the team for this channel. I don't think they know or understand the amount of healing and closure and hope they bring to some of us. We learn alot from these individuals who had to experience love and breakups publicly...Landa is still going through the heartache, you can tell by the expressions but at the same time I love how she embraces the relationship she had. Mo just made me cry. It's unbelievable that they broke up. Mo looks like the type of person that will go through the most but be there 100% for someone else, it takes alot to do that. Somehow you heal yourself while being there for others. I loved those two people. I wish them all the best in their back-to-self journeys these ladies and may they love themselves more and so hard, so that when they ready to date again their cups are full and overflowing with love.
This looks like the start of a beautiful friendship🥺🤍
even in one of the episodes on her [Mo] podcast, Mo’s friend did say that the one key trait that made her so important to their [Mo’s friend] life was her ability to listen attentively and be there for others. she does just that over here, too.
and Landa is such a beam of sunshine!
what a great duo.
Love you enough to remove yourself from situations that no longer serve you
Oh my word! ... What a beautiful episode. The conversation was flowing ... took accountability, no anger , no regrets. Both ladies appreciated what what was and none of them were bashing the ex.
We are all crying right?🥺🥺🥺. This was so beautiful to watch, beautiful beautiful women🫶🏾🤍. I wish you two nothing but the absolute best in love and in life.
We're crying alright
We definitely cried it was such a beautiful episode 😢
I definitely cried at the end when they said their wishes for each other. I felt that 😢
I love Mo’s Aura🥺🤍
That relationship grief is NO JOKE!😵 It's like a fire you have to go through so that you can come out shiny and gold on the other side. Slow and steady wins the race🏁 . Shoutout to the Black Label girls and this beautiful episode🥰🥰🥰
When Landa said I'm scared of letting go of the idea of us 🥺💔ma'am it hit home.
Currently going though a breakup, its so sad but I just love how everyone is trying to love, heal and pick themselves up cause we pour too much into empty cups when we fall inlove that we even forget to love and take a good care of ourselves too. Love and light to everyone ❤
The ONLY terrible thing about this episode is that it ends. Hate that!😭😭😭
From their defining love episode i always thought Thato was not mature enough for Mo
I wouldn't say he wasn't mature. They are just two different people from two different worlds but they complimented each other so well
Mo's voice❤️😭
i love Mo so much, she's so calm and welcoming and an amazing listener. 😔
What a beautiful episode!🥹🥹✨ their personalities compliment eachother so well. Their episode had so much depth. They are so matured and self aware!
Mo definitely deserves everything good the Earth has to offer. I do wish she was paired with someone else because it feels like she wanted to share more but Landa kept interrupting her 🫠.
Yes!!! And usually she seems like she doesn't mind being on the listening end BC she's so calm. But this time sis wanted to speak bethuna😭😭
I agree
can we get the exes to sit together with each other ? the ex-couple ke. loved this !
Lool if you follow Mo on her socials you'd know she really is a Black Label gyal! In fact their marketing team is sleeping on her.
This video literally opened my eyes on ,breaking up with someone is more like grieving them because they are just no longer there and grieving is just a really tough journey hey
I love how Landa answers the questions I love her so much !!
Landa's energy is beautiful... she is lovable
Mo is so warm.
what a beautiful episode. the ladies truly spoke from the heart and that is so difficult to do but it looked so effortless for them. they really are amazing individuals and i hope they find the energy that they radiate.
please bring back Mo with someone who'll wait for her to get her point across.
That's exactly what I was thinking
I agree she's being cut short so much
Yes please
Mo's aura is so soothing yho!😭😭
Defining is such a wholesome space... I see healthy friendships growing from here ❤️
The conversation is so raw. Healing isn't straight lines. When we dig within our souls we get dirty and messy , but the beauty about it we discover the brilliance that lies deep in us.
Mo is so calm🥰👌
Mo needing to putting her glasses first 😂😂
The warmth and strength in this conversation…
I love Mo man yoh.. She is calm herself!!
My favourite thus far ❤ | They were super warm
“I hope you find someone who is a safe landing for you ❤”
I just smiled throughout their conversation. 🥺😊
Here for Mo ❤
Mo has such a beautiful aura😩🥺
Bathong Thato o hurdile Mo watseba? Mxm😞
This was lovely, I must say though when the other lady interjected when Mo was still sharing about her healing journey, about loving herself.. I didn’t like that. It’s so important sometimes to allow people have their moment, it’s so important to bite our tongue. Interjecting just makes me feel like you’re not listening to me, you’re just anticipating your turn to talk.
Yes!
It looked like it was cut or is it just me?🤷🏿♀️
@@gracious2869 to me as well. @Lungah M, that's a cut /edit.
Looks edited to me
@@gracious2869 It's what I thought aswell
I love how safe and vulnerable they were, this was in some way very comforting and well you just relate with some if not most things said if you're going through a breakup. shoutout to the Defining team and Mo and Landa❤
Landa and Mo are such a beautiful pairing. Genuinely LOVED this episode🥺🥺
Love this eppisode, so educational and I love how Mo teaches one about the Healing process and also getting to know herself❤ I love how Landa shares her ways of affection❤️
I love how engaging Mo is. I love them so much❤️
Mo is so calm🥺❤️ Landa also radiates love as Mo said.
For me it's always the snippets of their defining love episodes in the beginning... It's crazy how something so beautiful can end 😫😪
As I wait for Mo😘❤
This has to be my favorite episode
Bathong 😭 😭 😭 ke rata MO gore. I love how calm and still she is🥺❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
They're both so warm and radiate love and kindness. This was so heart warming to watch. 🥺❤️
These ladies are so well spoken. It would have taken an hour I’d still enjoy.
They just hit it off, its so beautiful to watch, they definately needed more time.😍😍
Mo is a great listener, and she was a host.. she did not give. Put Thato on the stand! Lol. Maybe Mo being the person she is, listens a lot, speaks less, in her shell was what made it difficult for her to be in a relationship with someone as high as Thato.. maybe she felt overshadowed and that's how she felt she was not loving herself enough and being comfortable in herself n being herself completely coz she was in his shadow and Thato is a dude with a big personality.
Yoh sana kunini ndilindile for this one, I almost dragged bc why did this wholesomeness take so long to get to us😭😭😭
Mo looks so gorgeous, semhle mahn. Beautiful episode ❤️
Landa's so bubbly yet calm! I wish her well man!
Mo's holding back. We love her long time 💝💝 Beautiful young ladies.
Yohh, short and sweet, love how they went into detail and still kept it short, got a bit emotional at the end
Awww they're so graceful and sweet🥺🥺 black label girlies 🥺🫂❤️❤️
I wish only the best in life for Mo. 😭❤️Argh man, this woman deserves heaven and all it has to offer. 😭❤️❤️
This was so beautiful to watch, I always love seeing Mo, and I'm so glad to have found out about Landa too❤ Now waiting on Thato to answer that last question😂
Even me, coz I like thingzzzz
It’s mo for me omg bless her soul ❤❤
moving on is a journey my angeee kuyanyiwa.
This is the one episode that made me smile
I couldn't wait for Mo OR Thato to be invited 🥺🥺 I'm one of those that still hurting💔
Mo you something else, you so beautiful inside and out🥺❤️❤️🔥
"Can my ex get this question" has me dusted😅 all the best to both the ladies❤️
Me thinking Thato was the problem in the relationship and caused the breakup 😭
The best defining break up episode I've seen,,
