Am Deepak from chennai. I have issue with i 20 sports TN -22 -DU- 5960 which i have been owning for almost an year ,while driving the car it tends to move towards left not even towards right for a change ..it moves from 1 st lane to 3 rd lane within a 25 to 50 meters, within 10 secs ,the car is with the dealer Lakshmi hyundai saidapet for almost 2 months, even after several works made by the Worksop still the issue is not rectified and i am not convinced with the statement provided by the workshop. From the workshop they are requesting to take my car back and drive for 700 kms and they are trying to convince me by saying that this might get automatically rectified if driven for 700 kms but i am sure this wont be rectified and its just a convincing answer from their end to ensure that i take back the car since its standing in the showroom for 2 months but after almost 2 months i am not satisfied with the kind of answer provided by them I need an immediate resolution for this. From service station the people are trying to convince but they aren't ready to provide me with an resolution. And from service station end they are asking for the spare car which they provided me to use in place of my car ..its fine but till my car is with the service station please ask them to provide me a supplementary car hope it a basic etiquette that can be provided by hyundai. And i am requesting hyundai to directly look into this matter and solve the issue as soon as possible Note: upon knowing the trustworthiness of hyundai i have bought the car and i am not a new customer to hyundai i have been owning few hyundai cars in the past but i am not happy with the resolution which Lakshmi hyundai service station is trying to provide me. We are did the 4th Road Test on 27th of August, yet it’s not resolved and yes for first 3 times they made us spend around 3,500 INR for fuel and wasted 4-5 hours. Am not bothered about wasting time or money, I just want the resolution as a customers least expectation. There are been multiple times the service Center never agrees to us listen us & wanted us to do keep silent by for contacting Hyundai directly , which includes the service manager Mr. Charles, Allocated service guide Mr. Rajesh. I am mentioning their names because do not lead us back to them. They talk in an irresponsible way and try to cover up the problem rather than providing a proper solution. There’s been lot of foul play as well by the mentioned people, which am really scared & worried that why Hyundai does not take seriously about their staffs. We do have witnesses proofs as well. Am also posting these reviews in all social media platforms and making my friends & families to do that to support me. Hundai i have just one problem with you that is why you don't laung petrol turbo manual cars just giving automatic cars i am very disapoint from you Pls give it in India we not want atomic
i own the Kona N and there is no AWD option, no sunroof option, and no wheels option. Since most of the states get snow, selling it here with summer only tires is inviting a class action lawsuit. USA product planning leaves a lot to be desired. 🤔🙄🙊🙉🙈🧐🤨😡
