@@sublime_minds I hear you! I've just listened to endless hours of Alan Watts and have never heard such clear audio. Doesn't make sense in my brain lol. Great job cleaning it up man! Didn't know that was possible.
I am using Sonar (Steel Series). Running the old audio recordings through the "Chat channel" with "Clearcast AI noise cancellation" enabled at 50%. Works wonders for the ears.
You don't need to know anyting or do anything in order to Be. Nothing has to change in order to Be!!! You Are, here and now whatever the circumstances.
No you are not. You are blessed because you are blessed because you believe you are blessed because god has blessed you because you see and feel blessed. Stay blessed. Be blessed.
There is only one sure cure for depression. DO WHAT YOU ARE MOST AFRAID OF DOING. Stop being stopped by a frightened little ego's fake worries. Don't "figure it out," but walk around and past it and into real life. You discover that you don't die but actually begin to really live!
You cleaned it up so well that everybody thinks it's AI 😂 However, if it really would have been AI, it would probably sounded way less clean sinds AI would have learned from the audio with the fuzz. So nice cleaning work!
Recognize the Feeling: The first step is to acknowledge that you are experiencing a certain emotion. Whether it's anger, sadness, joy, or anxiety, identify the feeling without trying to suppress or ignore it. Pause and Breathe: Before reacting, take a moment to pause. Breathe deeply and slowly. This helps to center your mind and creates a space between your feeling and your reaction. Observe Non-Judgmentally: Watch the feeling as an observer, not as a participant. This means not labeling the feeling as good or bad, or getting caught up in it. Imagine the emotion as a cloud passing through the sky - it's there, but it's not a permanent part of the landscape. Notice Physical Sensations: Often, emotions are linked with physical sensations in the body. Observe any tension, warmth, restlessness, or other sensations that accompany your emotion. This helps in understanding how your body reacts to certain feelings. Let Go of Stories and Thoughts: Our minds tend to create narratives around our feelings. “I’m feeling anxious because…” or “I’m sad because…” While these stories might have some truth, the practice of watching a feeling involves letting go of these narratives and focusing on the present experience of the emotion itself. Return to the Present Moment: If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to the present moment. Concentrate on your breath or a point of focus to ground yourself back into the now. Reflect: After the intensity of the emotion has passed, reflect on the experience. What did you learn about your emotional response? How did your body feel? What thoughts came up? This reflection can lead to greater self-understanding and emotional regulation.
Yes I do. You know I am the one, right? I am exactly where I was in our last life. You all have done exactly as you did as well. There's no hope if we continue this cycle. Once this road is open to me again I'm heading to wherever, and I'm sure I'll find us there once again. So what's the point? If I transcend then we're all 'good', but if I don't, then We are all done here - for good. I may be god's favorite punching bag, but I seem to be the only one here Its talking to and looking after.
What is he saying. I'm being frustrated because I can't understand him. Can someone please summarize this for me. I'm just trying to understand Alan watts wisdom.
So Watts thought that depression was a natural response to the challenges and difficulties of life and that there is nothing wrong with that. He recognized that many people experience feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and despair at different times in their lives. However, he also believed that depression could be an opportunity for personal growth and transformation. Depression could be a signal that something in our lives needs to change. He encouraged people to look deeply within themselves to find the source of their pain and suffering. He believed that by facing their emotions and embracing their vulnerability, people could find a new sense of purpose and direction. Watts also talks about the importance of living in the present moment and cultivating a sense of mindfulness. He believed that by focusing on the present and letting go of worries about the future or regrets about the past, people could find a sense of peace and tranquility. Tomorrow can only be handled by those who dont take it seriously It can be hard to practise while you are going through it for sure, but learning to quiet the mind and to just be in the present moment is a great way of achieving some peace even if its only intermitent. After time and through repeating the process it begins to reframe your thinking and help.
If you really want to get an understanding of Alan you gotta listen to more lectures. Alot of people only listen to a few minutes of his lectures, there's a lot of context that just doesn't fit in such a short window of opportunity. This one's pretty good though. 👍
It's actually not AI. I just cleaned up the audio. Some people prefer it without all the fuzzing and people coughing. Others do not. As you well know ☮
This is his actual recording. We just clean the audio up and then chop some of the pauses to make it fit into a short. If you check out the long form videos you will get the true Alan Watts effect. I way prefer his delivery but its hard to provide value in 60 seconds keeping it that way.
Great editing! I wanted to thank you for not adding any music to the speech.
This is the clearest Alan watts audio I’ve ever heard and it freaks me out lol. I need someone coughing or a siren passing by to know it’s real😂😂
People keep asking if its AI because its so clear. I can't listen to the fuzz personally so I had to clean it up and then thought why not share it

Thanks! Really appreciate you noticing!
Thx for this pure Watts!! Greatly appreciate

Great recording and thank you for not adding 'inspirational' music. The other channels ruin his lectures with this. Subscribed!! 🙏
Awesome, thank you!
Yas queen love the recording quality! Clean audios are life changing thanks for this 🙏🏻
You're so welcome!
wow this is awesome. it's such a revelation hearing his voice like this
It really is. I can't listen to bad audio. I end up zoning out. That's why I had to make these
This is precious
I'm blessed because of your teaching. Ty Dr. Alan Watts
He is one of the greats!

Technically not a Dr
Err yeah. Not a doctor...

Amazing how you cleaned the audio. Any tips or pointers on how to do it? Thanks, cheers!
Its a very manual process looking through the spectral frequencies and then getting the EQ right. Im glad you appreicate it. Thanks!
At 3:50 tomorrow always comes for me i dont believe it doesn't come i believe to stop tomorrow coming for me my heart needs to stop beating
a very intelligent conflicted individual ... fun to listen to however!

In other words, don’t try so hard, make friends with your ego, no attachment..
Hey what program did you use to restore the audio? I’d like to do this for some of my favorite Terence McKenna lectures. Thanks!

is this Ai Watts?
why does his voice sound like Alan Watts
Lol
What is this?
..because it is ...
um... because ... it's Ala... oh, forget it.
It is Alan Watts. Just the audio is cleaned up
Not his real voice, is it?
Meed some kind of music in background
Is this AI generated voice? Sounds a bit different
No that's the real Alan. We just clean the audio up. Some of the recordings are over 50 years old as you know so they aren't the best quality anymore.
Is this AI generated?
No not at all. This is from his actual recordings but we clean up the audio so you can actually hear it properly
@@sublime_minds Ok it sounded too good I was confused lol thanks for the video I enjoyed
@@tinyseapancake2674 Very much appreciated! A lot of work goes into cleaning the audio
Feels so fake it hurts my ears, id rather hear noise and people coughing than have this clear audio lol
This is fake don't listen to this ai.
Or listen to it if you like artificial things? It's clearly not the man himself.
@@eschaton2834clearly is bruh you can find the same speech on youtube unmixed.

This shit doesn’t help
It can be hard to follow at times. But the message about living in the present moment is the key takeaway. Try Eckhart Tolle
