I wouldn’t consider Cary a suburb of Raleigh as someone who lives nearby. It’s its own city, and is simply a city that happens to exist in the same county as Raleigh

I love the Raleigh area and maybe I will move to Cary if I decide to move here!! Since you are a realtor, is there a reason why realtors never discuss crime rates in the neighborhoods they have listings in?

The Real Estate Commission forbids realtors from "steering" clients to certain areas, which includes commenting specifically on schools or crime rates for a particular area. However, we can talk about them at a higher level, as overall, Cary is probably the safest place in the area. You may hear about car break-ins occurring as of late all over the area and really country due to the Hyundai and Kia vulnerabilities.
@@relocatingtoraleighI love Cary!! It's like the Scottsdale of the Triangle!! I just went there a couple weeks ago for the first time and going there again this Thursday for a couple of days to explore the area and to go to the Hurricanes game vs the Sharks on the 27th. Which shopping mall do you think is the best in the area? Another thing I love about living here in NC is that it's a college basketball paradise. There's a lot of other great college sports and minor league baseball team here too.
