    Thx for posting this. Us musicians need to see the ingredients of the cake before it's baked and served. Question.....
    How do we get gigs like this?

    4:43 yoo I've never seen this. You're tuning the snare using the kick's tuning as a reference? It makes sense cuz the snare and kick are supposed to sound good together. Is this what's going on? Ima implement this asap

      Sometimes he comes… but usually most artists don’t come to soundcheck. They may be doing radio interviews or something during this time…

    I don't understand why did they put the drum shield if you're in an auditorium ? To me the acoustic drums would 4:11 sound so much better in that environment. That's just my opinion. I would like to know what is your opinion on that. Thanks. By the way, I enjoy your drum playing.

      It’s for the front of house engineer to mix the sound better in the room. I’d rather not have it, but if it makes the experience more enjoyable for the listener, I’m all for it.

    • @carlinmuccularvlogs
      @carlinmuccularvlogs  Год назад

      Every room is different. All rooms are not treated to sound good. Sometimes cymbals can ruin a whole mix in a room because they are too loud. Doesn’t matter the size of the room honestly.
