How to end it... Maybe go to CC and Michael's original universe and have William freaking out about where his sons are. Then have Clara or Liz remind him that he is Glitchtrap (If that applies to your au) and that he can just teleport to them. If William being Glitchtrap doesn't apply to your au, just have William make Glitchtrap teleport him to his sons and teleport all of them back.
You could end it really dramatically and just teleport them back when they kidnap Micheal (if they do) or you could close it off with a reaction video of some sort.
Your ideas are good, but it's much like the other aftons meet mha videos. There's originality in Sabre's content and I kinda wanna keep it like that. Just saying.
I thought it said Final and i was like "what.." - Edit: i noticed that in the thumbnail Michael is now getting kidnapped by the heros and c.c is by the villians but he now has a really cool villan outfit plus the roles are flipped in reverse 11:43 that sounds so threatening 😭🤧🤧
Most other "aftons meet mha" videos end in them just randomly teleporting back plus a reaction video or something. I think a good idea is for Mike and C.C to find a random note which leads them to a series of tasks ans hunts to do and find hints for them to retuen to their universe

(If I must here is how it goes, so basically the LOV attack the UA and Michael joins with the heroes and discovers that C.C. joined up with the villains with leaves Michael comedically sad and confused, but before the heroes and villains can duke it out Elizabeth pops onto the scene and shouts: “STOP EVERYTHING!!!” and then she rants to the brothers of how dumb they are, after that little scene she calls for Glitchtrap and tells him to send them back which does.... but accidentally brings the MHA heroes and the LOV too, so Elizabeth has to explain everything (and by that I mean of course reacting to their deaths.) and also explain to the MHA dude and villains (Plus Michael and C.C.) that MHA is a anime that she watches all time and that it’s her favorite, much to the surprise to the MHA guys and especially to the Afton Bros whom realizes that they were in a fictional world this whole time, which leads to Elizabeth hilariously beat up the brothers for not knowing about all this in the first place, in which afterward the MHA gang just decides to hang out with the Afton Family for a while before heading back to their own world. Fin.)

You can bring the whole family the time the villans are attacking and then after they will make the villains leave you can let the family stay for a day to have fun and then open a portal that will kidnap the aftons and will take them home :) that's what I thought for an end like 1 or 2 more episodes hope it helped:) by the way I love those series 🥺🥺🥺🥺 :)
