Excellent review I inherited one of these in multi cam in excellent condition....haven't been able to figure out what to put in it yet.

I have a Halftrack in multicam. You’re missing the waist strap. It comes with one that has Molly webbing on it. I have two Glock mag sleeves on one side and a Gerber Strong arm on the other. It’s an awesome pack, but a funny size. It big for day hikes, but not quite big enough for a full weekend overnight with sleeping bag and tent. Quality is top notch.

I rather like it for what it is!

@@circlem7366 Oh, don’t get me wrong. I love my Halftrack. I just haven’t been able to fit it into my system because of the weird capacity. I mostly do weighted training hikes with it.

It is rather niche, that's for sure.

Did you buy it from a garage sale or a flea market some sort of that shit? Man, the pack looks pretty much used by looking at fuxked up buckles. This pack is called Halftrack and it should have waist belt which is missing in the vid. I got one years ago and mine comes with gossamer frame which is hard plastic. Very rigid but also flexible. Great for heavy loading just like any other packs from Eberlestock. This thing is my favorite hiking pack especially for winter season. I think you have one with aluminum bars as frame in there. Nice presentation. Hope you get spare buckles and fix the problem.

Thanks for the name of the bag! I'll update the title. I actually got it as a gift, which is why I wasn't sure which it was. The current version of the Halftrack looks different. I do use my gear pretty hard; I've had the bag for years; it's definitely older. I appreciate it! Thanks for the comment.
