New subscriber. This is my favorite place in Colombia. I'm from the US but can see myself retired here.

@@AlikiTravelBlog I really enjoyed the places you mentioned, but can add to the Lost City trek, the Caribbean islands of San Andres and Providencia, and the Amazon! What a country!

@ura9390 No way!!! 2 things I am sad I missed - The Lost City Trek and San Andres!!! If I had more time and a bigger budget I would have definitely done them both! We have the same style of traveling hahahah 😊 and Amazon I did in Ecuador, I already knew at the beginning of my trip I will do it there, but yes I have heard doing it from Colombia is also nice!

@@AlikiTravelBlog the Lost City trek was really tough but so rewarding and a unique experience! San Andres and Providencia were lovely overlooked islands with a culture of their own! Glad you travelled the Amazon, its one of great wildlife experiences of the world :) Keep travelling and thanks for your great videos!

how can those palm trees stay tall like that? Is there no wind there? They must be very strong.

It is! Encanto was made based on that location :)) those palm trees live up to 150 years! Amazing nature :)
