Never build up on your emotions and don’t think negative. keep yourself busy in like things you enjoy trust me I had a lot of insecurities /health issues caused by stress panic attacks and depression but thank god I’m out of that phase of life so you could do it to. Hopefully i can help you and you recover from your tough time. Just always keep this in mind you are perfect the way you look
