    Try this kuruma for chapati, parotta, dosa, idli and what not!!!
    Our kuruma is very aromatic and tasty that you will not just stop with 3 chapatis or dosas.
    Ingredients
    -------------------
    Coconut paste :
    Grated coconut - 1 cup
    Cashew - 5-6 soaked in warm water for 10 min
    Green chillies - 2 to 3 medium size
    Kas kas - 2 teaspoon
    Water - 1/4 cup
    Veggies For Kuruma :
    Carrot - 1 cup
    Potato - 1 cup
    Beans - 1/2 cup
    Onion - 1 cup
    Tomatoes - 1 cup
    Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
    Peas - 1/2 cup
    Chickpeas or white channa - 1/2 cup
    Masalas for Kuruma :
    Chilli power - 1 tablespoon
    Corriander powder - 1 tablespoon
    Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
    Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
    Salt - As per taste
