Flight - 172 is the first full-length comedy play written by Moulee for Shri YGP?s UAA in the year 1969. It became an instant hit and above all a totally fresh trend-setter in comedy during a time when the Tamil stage and film Industry was already soaked in the high calibre humour of the likes of K Balachander, Cho, Nagesh and Chitralaya Gopu".

This is real comedy. The likes of Moulin, SVE Sekhar, Crazy Mohan & Co. Were absolutely hilarious. They could entertain people of varying age groups without using profanity.

Look at the standard of humor and have a look at what Tamil film industry have these days. Not just humor, even the quality of main stream movies the industry dishes out. As a keralite, we enjoyed watching Kamal Hassan's 90s comics and such gems and now the standards are deplorable. I don't understand why people even put up with such low quality stuff these days.
