About anger...Patsy mentions angers as being an obstacle to people finding it in their heart to forgive. Indeed, anger is like a veil of darkness over the heart, yet it is a human emotion as any other, with lots of energy in it, and few people in my opinion can genuinely transcend it, rather it needs to be felt and processed. Then forgiveness naturally presents itself, in time. One approach that works very well to help people process their anger constructively is Core Energetics. Lovely work, you two. You have helped me immensely over the last four years. I remember reading your article (Finally!) at the beginning of all of this. It helped me to calm down and explore what I, personally could do to take care of myself amidst all the confusion and conflicting ideas. I remember, after reading your article, asking myself: "Ok, you have no idea what is going on. So, under these circumstances, what is the one thing you, personally can do for yourself?" And the answer was self-evident. I cleaned up my diet, went plant-based, refused to listen to only one side of any 'solution', and looked about to see who could support me in this approach. Four years later, I have not had any illness and have made a dozens of new friends. I'm 77 and healthy embracing life with my family. Thank you for your help over these difficult times.
Thank you for this! The idea of forgiveness reminds me of Nelson Mandela. He managed to convince an entire nation to restrain themselves, and led to so much progress in South Africa.

I love how Patsy used Thich Nhat Hanh's story to help her reach higher realms in her meditation that she previously found to be challenging. I'm not immersed in the news or politics in the same way as most others because I'm continually reading about how much of it is all controlled and manipulated and formulated to create shock and awe, anger, fear, and grief, in us ordinary people. It's not working on me that way anymore. I just like to go to other sources and platforms where I can do my own truth searching and figure out what I think is really going on. I don't believe we're told the truth very often about anything that's in the news. I work at keeping my own spirits up and channels like this help me, so thank you very much for making this video. I like hearing everyone's viewpoints and ideas about how they see our world too. Isn't it all fascinating and interesting? 👩💕

I feel sorrow for all the wars that have been fought in all directions throughout all times & space. I feel deep sadness & have released so many tears that as humans we continue to kill other human beings for lands that have never ever belonged to any peoples in the first place, we are all just visitors. As we stand on this vibrant planet Mother Earth. She freely gifts us vitality & life. Yet, we take take take from this ancient intelligent living organism...we drain her of all the Elemental energy & essences she needs to thrive & exspand. Dear Charles, thank you so much, you have such an important role to play. In 2021, when I was very much confused and angry and had thoughts like "I cannot possibly live with THOSE people anymore", your voice opened me up and this idea stood suddenly very brightly before my eyes: that there is only this one solution, to calmly unify the people. I got very calm since then, I realized my strenghth, and I know what I have to do, just like you. Greetings from Switzerland, Peace and Love.
There is definitely a ripple effect. I had a dream one week before the first attack began. I was on a ship and I saw planes and I felt I was in war. I haven’t had a dream like that in a long time. It was intense. Hate/blame is like a faux form of protection for oneself- but not healthy of course. This is why history is so important. To see the patterns. To understand the deeper meaning. The why. It’s like the Blue Ridge Mountains- people from out West of USA think these mountains are little rolling hills. But when I tell them the history - how mature, how old, once as tall as the Himalayas, and richness of gemstones and minerals that reside in the mountains core. It’s like people- we really don’t know what’s underneath- unless we ask questions, explore history, look for patterns! Someone has to step up. Be that bright light. I used to be so good at this. Inner forgiveness and outer forgiveness. I have had to learn this. Still learning.
We must pray for all people that are suffering here. We must come from our hearts as we are all gods children. It has made me feel so terribly sad that man and war continue always have and always will. So unnecessary we can all live in peace.. I don't know the answers I just pray and send love to all that are suffering. Bless them all❤
Thoughtful and rich message. There are deep offerings in what is unfolding. The way out of this endless cycle of war and hatred lies in something other than polarity. We are being pitted against each other once again, an old game that we fall for over and over. At a deeper level, how can we choose differently that is in alignment with the new paradigm emerging that will help us step off of this broken record? As individuals and as a collective?
I feel like there is a huge wave of negative energy in the collective consciousness right now and some people pick it up not knowing it's origin and then project that feeling into their current life situations. We all need to be careful to avoid this. It's good to hear Charles reaffirm this.
It is never been easy, being a truth, sayer within the constraints of human civilization. I have very dear Jewish friends. And if I were to choose a religion, it could possibly or would possibly be Judaism that being said. My father is Native American. And every time I hear the word, pilgrim or settler. I get a little uncomfortable. Lol, there was no possible way that the Jews could heal from the trauma of centuries of persecution, and then the holocaust. The fascinating thing, though. Instead of finding empathy and evolving from that horrific historical trauma. They passed it on. When we look at the facts and history of Palestine. And see what’s happening presently. It’s pretty obvious that a specific terrorist group does not define over 2 million civilians. We could also say now that Israelis intelligence is not as superior as one spot. What I see happening is an obvious and continued genocide. And also a huge landgrab. I think this was very opportunistic for Israel. As horrific as the terrorist attack was. it does not justify the methodologies being presently implicated in this war. You have to really question human intelligence. I would not say we are the most intelligent species on the planet. We do have a specific intelligence. But it’s still dominated by extremely dark impulses that are beyond any other animal on this planet.

Angered by his wife’s death, the farmer attacked and killed the donkey’s owner. He was so upset that she and her sons set the farmer’s house on fire. If I viewed the intentions of those involved the same way you are expressing, Charles, I think I would come to the same conclusions you are expressing here. However, I'm seeing 2 other motivations that don't quite fit this response. On the one side, I'm asking myself, what about the hostages? Is Israel only going in for revenge? Is their intent solely to send a message that if you kill 1200 of ours we will kill 12,000 of yours? On the other side, I'm asking, what about the sworn intent of Hamas to wipe the Jews from the face of the Earth and not be satisfied until Israel is totally gone? What about the intent of Iran and other nations that may be funding efforts to do exactly that, using Gaza not as a place that is meant to ever be 'free,' but rather as a martyr nation? Now I totally agree that a ruthless, inhumane response from Israel will prove counter-productive in this situation. It would feed directly into the plan that Iran-Hamas had for this attack and its aftermath. I pray that there will be restraint and I also pray for leaders to arise within Gaza and the West Bank (and Iran also for that matter) who truly do have the intent to lead their people to peace and well-being, wanting that for themselves and for the Israelis too. I believe that this is a generational prayer. Perhaps that leader is being born right now. Perhaps our prayers are breathing life into him. So let us pray, but also I think not rebuke Israel as it seeks to rescue it's hundreds of people taken hostage, many of them children and the elderly. Let us pray that they pursue this very difficult goal with restraint, even though their adversary is intent to use those hostages as not only shields, but also siren calls inviting Israel to destroy itself with its own rage, turning the world against Israel so that more of the Muslim nations will join in war.
To the core, is it hatred or the need for power? Are they both intertwined? I think about the innocent lives damaged by the Indian schools. Senseless devastation for the children, their families and culture. All across the globe. Same deep grief as what's happening in present times. Envisioning a time with no borders, our core emanating from peace and unity.

As has been elaborated on your Substack, Charles, the answer to how could a bunch of blokes with one bulldozer break through the iron dome and run amok begs the 9/11 question. I.e. Did the world's most heavily armed country (per capita) with all its predictive AI, military intelligence etc after decades of hostile footing with its neighbours, allow this one, knowing that it would grant them license, in the sick mind of the global norm, to initiate a final solution for Gaza? There is a fine line between pre-planned sting and cynical opportunism. There is a simpler question. *Why* did Hamas militants run amok? To answer, one has only to consult an authority outside of the mainstream, like Norman Finkelstein, for a list of Israeli incursions into Gaza over e.g. the last decade, which have been denounced as appalling and illegal crimes against humanity by the international mediators whose oversight you called upon in your essay to suspend the elected government of Palestine. The reason you are drawing flak - my sympathies - is that your audience is pretty clued up about Israel-Palestine. They expect you to be able to rise above mainstream bias, which has been relentlessly engineered by the Israel Lobby. I urge you to review your position. How could these Hamas "beasts" kill innocent people? Because they have been driven to it by decades of monstrosity visited upon them. And their cause has also been hijacked and perverted by outside forces. There is a murky dimension of nuance but lets not lose sight of the simple fact that there is one heavily armed oppressor, and one imprisoned, butchered oppressed. Muddying that clarity destroys the opportunity the tragedy affords to call out the massive powers that have hijacked the Jewish cause, and perverted it into a force for evil. It is an evil that is setting precedents. When world opinion can be manipulated in such a way, making criticism of Israel a crime, anything is possible. Any population can be erased. Calling out this evil once and for all will be a giant step towards that More Beautiful World. The responsibility for taking it lies with Israel, where there is electricity, there is running water, there are cafes and cinemas and world class hospitals. Where there is freedom to leave. If Israel does not take this step, the world will not forget.
I wholly agree. HOWEVER, what Hamas did is inexcusable. They need to be held responsible, but demolishing the Palestinian homes, mosques, and neighborhoods is also on the verge of criminal. Cutting access to electricity, food, etc crosses that verge deep into "war crime" territory. The Palestinians have lived there for hundreds of years, and 90 years ago, the USA and the UK carved out a part of THEIR land to put in their ancient racial adversary. In THIS situation, both sides are guilty. There is an 80 year history of terror and reprisal. And before 1946, before the Diaspora, these same people warred with each other for over 1500 years. You don't get over that kind of hatred and rage quickly; it's in their bones. Thus, I meditate, I find my calm, my stillpoint, and I pray to the deity that is both of their God, and I focus on that prayer beseeching Them for peace, for forgiveness, for the love that was messaged to them 1400 or 2400 years ago. We can meditate and bring that vibration of inner peace, to this world... the more who focus thus, the bigger the effect. Grow your stillpoint, broaden it, share it. Peace be with us all.

Don't know the answer to your question, israel have stolen most of the land they occupy and sealed the borders to stop Palestine developing so probably stopped most jobs. They are murdering thousands this week and making Palestinian run like rats. Israel are killing the hostages with the bombs they drop so they will only be able to recover the bodies of the ones they have killed. Not good. I guess Charles and Patsy offer the only way we can deal with it

Thank you for speaking the truth. I see it too. My heart is breaking. I’m so f*cking tired of this awful pattern. My husband and I broke the pattern in our marriage after 15 years waring on a nearly daily basis. It is possible. One side has to decide they will not participate in the pattern anymore, no matter what. Wage love and understanding. No more war. Everyone always loses. It starts with each one of us. All we can control is our own will. Change the world from the inside out.

I'm not immersed in the news or politics in the same way as most others because I'm continually reading about how much of it is all controlled and manipulated and formulated to create shock and awe, anger, fear, and grief, in us ordinary people. It's not working on me that way anymore. I just like to go to other sources and platforms where I can do my own truth searching and figure out what I think is really going on. I don't believe we're told the truth very often about anything that's in the news.
I work at keeping my own spirits up and channels like this help me, so thank you very much for making this video. I like hearing everyone's viewpoints and ideas about how they see our world too. Isn't it all fascinating and interesting? 👩💕

I feel sorrow for all the wars that have been fought in all directions throughout all times & space. I feel deep sadness & have released so many tears that as humans we continue to kill other human beings for lands that have never ever belonged to any peoples in the first place, we are all just visitors.

In 2021, when I was very much confused and angry and had thoughts like "I cannot possibly live with THOSE people anymore", your voice opened me up and this idea stood suddenly very brightly before my eyes: that there is only this one solution, to calmly unify the people. There is definitely a ripple effect.
I had a dream one week before the first attack began. I was on a ship and I saw planes and I felt I was in war. I haven’t had a dream like that in a long time. It was intense. Hate/blame is like a faux form of protection for oneself- but not healthy of course.
This is why history is so important. To see the patterns. To understand the deeper meaning. The why.
It’s like the Blue Ridge Mountains- people from out West of USA think these mountains are little rolling hills. But when I tell them the history - how mature, how old, once as tall as the Himalayas, and richness of gemstones and minerals that reside in the mountains core. It’s like people- we really don’t know what’s underneath- unless we ask questions, explore history, look for patterns!
Someone has to step up. Be that bright light.

Inner forgiveness and outer forgiveness. I have had to learn this. Still learning.
We must pray for all people that are suffering here. We must come from our hearts as we are all gods children. It has made me feel so terribly sad that man and war continue always have and always will. So unnecessary we can all live in peace.. We are being pitted against each other once again, an old game that we fall for over and over. It is never been easy, being a truth, sayer within the constraints of human civilization. I have very dear Jewish friends. And if I were to choose a religion, it could possibly or would possibly be Judaism that being said. My father is Native American. And every time I hear the word, pilgrim or settler. I get a little uncomfortable. Lol, there was no possible way that the Jews could heal from the trauma of centuries of persecution, and then the holocaust. The fascinating thing, though. Instead of finding empathy and evolving from that horrific historical trauma. They passed it on. When we look at the facts and history of Palestine. And see what’s happening presently. It’s pretty obvious that a specific terrorist group does not define over 2 million civilians. We could also say now that Israelis intelligence is not as superior as one spot. What I see happening is an obvious and continued genocide. And also a huge landgrab. I think this was very opportunistic for Israel. As horrific as the terrorist attack was. it does not justify the methodologies being presently implicated in this war. You have to really question human intelligence. I would not say we are the most intelligent species on the planet. We do have a specific intelligence. But it’s still dominated by extremely dark impulses that are beyond any other animal on this planet.

Revenge and anger - when does it end ..the donkey and ghost story again and again...A donkey was tied to a tree on a farm. One night a ghost cut the rope and released the donkey. The donkey destroyed the crops in the farmer’s land. Infuriated, the farmer’s wife shot the donkey dead.
The donkey’s owner shot dead the farmer’s wife. Angered by his wife’s death, the farmer attacked and killed the donkey’s owner.
He was so upset that she and her sons set the farmer’s house on fire. The farmer, looking at his house turn to ashes, razed the entire family.
Finally, full of regret, the farmer brooded. And asked the ghost, why he killed so many.
The ghost replied, “I killed nobody. I just released a donkey that was tied to a rope. All of you released the devil within causing so many deaths”.
AND, YES, To TRULY UNDERSTAND SIMPLY MEANS ... TO ENTER IN AND INNER-BE-IN-GOODNESS I AM.

If I viewed the intentions of those involved the same way you are expressing, Charles, I think I would come to the same conclusions you are expressing here. However, I'm seeing 2 other motivations that don't quite fit this response. On the one side, I'm asking myself, what about the hostages? Is Israel only going in for revenge? Is their intent solely to send a message that if you kill 1200 of ours we will kill 12,000 of yours?
On the other side, I'm asking, what about the sworn intent of Hamas to wipe the Jews from the face of the Earth and not be satisfied until Israel is totally gone? What about the intent of Iran and other nations that may be funding efforts to do exactly that, using Gaza not as a place that is meant to ever be 'free,' but rather as a martyr nation?
Now I totally agree that a ruthless, inhumane response from Israel will prove counter-productive in this situation. It would feed directly into the plan that Iran-Hamas had for this attack and its aftermath. I pray that there will be restraint and I also pray for leaders to arise within Gaza and the West Bank (and Iran also for that matter) who truly do have the intent to lead their people to peace and well-being, wanting that for themselves and for the Israelis too.
I believe that this is a generational prayer. Perhaps that leader is being born right now. Perhaps our prayers are breathing life into him. So let us pray, but also I think not rebuke Israel as it seeks to rescue it's hundreds of people taken hostage, many of them children and the elderly. Let us pray that they pursue this very difficult goal with restraint, even though their adversary is intent to use those hostages as not only shields, but also siren calls inviting Israel to destroy itself with its own rage, turning the world against Israel so that more of the Muslim nations will join in war.

As has been elaborated on your Substack, Charles, the answer to how could a bunch of blokes with one bulldozer break through the iron dome and run amok begs the 9/11 question. I.e. Did the world's most heavily armed country (per capita) with all its predictive AI, military intelligence etc after decades of hostile footing with its neighbours, allow this one, knowing that it would grant them license, in the sick mind of the global norm, to initiate a final solution for Gaza? There is a fine line between pre-planned sting and cynical opportunism. There is a simpler question. *Why* did Hamas militants run amok? To answer, one has only to consult an authority outside of the mainstream, like Norman Finkelstein, for a list of Israeli incursions into Gaza over e.g. the last decade, which have been denounced as appalling and illegal crimes against humanity by the international mediators whose oversight you called upon in your essay to suspend the elected government of Palestine. The reason you are drawing flak - my sympathies - is that your audience is pretty clued up about Israel-Palestine. They expect you to be able to rise above mainstream bias, which has been relentlessly engineered by the Israel Lobby. I urge you to review your position. How could these Hamas "beasts" kill innocent people? Because they have been driven to it by decades of monstrosity visited upon them. And their cause has also been hijacked and perverted by outside forces. There is a murky dimension of nuance but lets not lose sight of the simple fact that there is one heavily armed oppressor, and one imprisoned, butchered oppressed. Muddying that clarity destroys the opportunity the tragedy affords to call out the massive powers that have hijacked the Jewish cause, and perverted it into a force for evil. It is an evil that is setting precedents. When world opinion can be manipulated in such a way, making criticism of Israel a crime, anything is possible. Any population can be erased. Calling out this evil once and for all will be a giant step towards that More Beautiful World. The responsibility for taking it lies with Israel, where there is electricity, there is running water, there are cafes and cinemas and world class hospitals. Where there is freedom to leave. If Israel does not take this step, the world will not forget.

I wholly agree. HOWEVER, what Hamas did is inexcusable. They need to be held responsible, but demolishing the Palestinian homes, mosques, and neighborhoods is also on the verge of criminal. Cutting access to electricity, food, etc crosses that verge deep into "war crime" territory. The Palestinians have lived there for hundreds of years, and 90 years ago, the USA and the UK carved out a part of THEIR land to put in their ancient racial adversary.
In THIS situation, both sides are guilty. There is an 80 year history of terror and reprisal. And before 1946, before the Diaspora, these same people warred with each other for over 1500 years. You don't get over that kind of hatred and rage quickly; it's in their bones.
Thus, I meditate, I find my calm, my stillpoint, and I pray to the deity that is both of their God, and I focus on that prayer beseeching Them for peace, for forgiveness, for the love that was messaged to them 1400 or 2400 years ago.
We can meditate and bring that vibration of inner peace, to this world... the more who focus thus, the bigger the effect. Grow your stillpoint, broaden it, share it.

Don't know the answer to your question, israel have stolen most of the land they occupy and sealed the borders to stop Palestine developing so probably stopped most jobs. They are murdering thousands this week and making Palestinian run like rats. Israel are killing the hostages with the bombs they drop so they will only be able to recover the bodies of the ones they have killed. Not good. I guess Charles and Patsy offer the only way we can deal with it
