Hi Sanjay, your recipes are great; your instructions are easy to follow.. you truly "Inspire others to cook"... I've a suggestion though... while giving out measurements (specially for baked goodies) please also give US cup standard. It's pretty tedious for novices like me to convert everything :)
I baked them on 180F for 15 mins, they came out raw so put them in for another 4 min again raw. Then I raised the heat to 360 F and baked for 5 mins, they still have raw flavor to it. Did I do something wrong. Measurement is accurate.
The baking temp is 180 Celcius which is 350 F. Just take care on this setting. I used whole wheat flour and Orange extract (couldnt find pineapple extract) it still came out pretty good.
Trust me once you start making these at home, It’s impossible to eat outside (off the shelf) biscuits. These are just amazing in taste and outside biscuits just are trash compared to these. Made it 3 times now and have got a lot better.

You can use pressure pan cooker without lid. on the base of pan spread salt on that put the plate with cookies to cook.T hen cover the pan with any plate n on the plate u put hot wood coal. check the cookies intermittently.Hope it will solve ur problem.

As per cake as you preheat 8 to 10 mins. Mine is gas oven so I do 15 mins
