Welcome - LifeNet Air Medical Services

In January 2021, Columbus Community Hospital became a new air ambulance base for LifeNet, a subsidiary of Air Methods, which is the leading air medical service provider in the U.S.
On January 11, we held a “First call to the Helipad” and wind sock raising ceremony to welcome LifeNet to our community and celebrate this new relationship.
The base will serve residents of Columbus, Fremont, Albion, Central City, Schuyler, David City, Aurora, and other local communities surrounding Columbus.
