    You guys have a good mindset imo... wonderful video, great footage. I'm watching and learning. Planning to go hiking myself. The first hike went wrong because i felt totally disorganized and didn't know how to go about when you arrive with a car. I hadn't thought it thru and felt i made mistake that could cost me if i was too impulsive. Home now watching videos that can teach me how to organize myself a bit better. And go for really short hikes first to shape up for the task. Thanx so much for sharing your experiences.

    Petit zappage des gorges de la Frau, avec un tout droit direction le Quillan... Ensuite la variante nord croise Bugarach, la vous prenez par les crêtes vers Caudiés, rezappage ensuite après cucugnan ou vous deviez passé en dessous de Quéribus. Etc, on va dire que c'est une version "simplifié" du sentier cathares ^^ Vous faites l'impasse sur qq passages sympa, la ou je vous rejoint c'est sur le finish, effectivement les 2/3 derniers kilo sur Port la Nouvelle sont pas génial. Votre option est surement plus nature.

    • @TheOneGoodRoad
      @TheOneGoodRoad  3 года назад

      Mon ami n'a pas tout le temps pour les détours supplémentaires alors j'ai changé l'itinéraire. J'ai déjà traversé beaucoup de choses dans cette région parce que j'habitais à proximité.

    • @elrik421
      @elrik421 3 года назад

      @@TheOneGoodRoad Il n'y a pas de bonne ou mauvaise route, c'est juste que votre vidéo ne reflète pas le sentier cathare et mon vécu dessus. Effectivement le sentier Cathare est en zig zag, surtout le début (enfin pour ceux qui marche vers l'est ^^), je l'avais noté avant et encore plus pendant... C"est pour ca que j'ai vite compris la "logique" de vos choix ^^ Mais cette trace est un prétexte pour relier tout les châteaux et autres lieux touristique de la région. D'ailleurs pour avoir fait les 2 variantes, je conseil plutôt de prendre au sud. La variante nord est moins spectaculaire, en dehors de pouvoir poser un bivouac sympa à coté du lac de Bugarach, le nord ne présente pas beaucoup d'intérêts. Le sud est plus sauvage, on croise Puilaurens, les gorges de la Jaume, etc. SI vous aviez juste changé le finish le titre pourrait être bon, mais la vous êtes trop éloigné de la trace pour pouvoir parler de "sentier cathare".

      Weight for us is best low as possible just personal preference. We are based near the area that's why bag change was doable.
