there are arguements being able to be made for either CON or a combination of INT/WIS but with the somewhat high WIS being through some feat and specialised on mistrust and pattern recognition more than general awareness and sense motive.

the article literally is titled around them being girlfriends not girl friends, there's no excuse for that post calling their relationship just friends.

tbh at this point especially if the person is suppossedly highly intelligent, i'm more inclined to suspect a misunderstood joke... maybe even signalling to know r/sapphoandherfriend, it's just too much a punchline with the "so *pause for effect*"
could be very wrong, but currently my meds make me a bit hopeful

that set is modelled after the tv series, in which they exchanged vows, one couldn't even argue about it being modelled after an early part because of their outfits, harley only started wearing that outfit after her joker phase, when she started admitting to herself she has feelings for poison and that poison unlikely would do everything she did for just a friend... canonically, i think, even joker knew harley wasn't into him but into the idea of being with him, which was one of his reasons for his abuse of her, if i remember correctly he even sent a wedding gift.
