There is a problem with this video. The backup person has less protective equipment than the primary person. I worked hazmat for five years. Your backup person can't help you if he has less personel safety equipment (PSE) than the primary person. The backup should have at the very least the same if not more PSE than the primary person. Also the video did not show a confined entry permit (CEP) being processed prior to entry. It only takes a minute to process a CEP.
